The present disclosure may disclose methods and systems for treating an object. The method may include imaging an object fixed on a positioning device using an imaging device. The method may include obtaining a plan image of the object. The method may include generating information of a region of interest (ROI) of the object based on the plan image of the object. The method may include generating a treatment plan based on the information of the ROI. The treatment plan may include a plan isocenter on the plan image. The method may further include treating a target portion of the object based on the treatment plan using a treatment device. The object may be fixed on the positioning device from a moment that the object is started to fixed on the positioning device to an end of the treatment of the target portion.

Methods and systems for treating an object

A method may include obtaining input data relating to a target treatment plan for performing radiotherapy on a lesion using a radiation device. The input data may include a first target image of the lesion. The method may also include obtaining a segment shape estimation model. The method may also include estimating, based on the segment shape estimation model and the input data, a plurality of target location combinations of the target treatment plan and a plurality of target segment shapes of a collimator of the radiation device. One of the plurality of target location combinations may indicate a location of the collimator relative to the lesion. Each of the plurality of target segment shapes may correspond to one of the plurality of target location combinations.

Systems and methods for radiotherapy

A method may include obtaining a first image related to one or more target objects generated by a first scan. The method may also include obtaining a first radiation therapy plan for treating the one or more target objects. The method may also include obtaining a second image related to the one or more target objects generated by a second scan. The second scan may be performed later than the first scan. The method may also include determining, based on the first radiation therapy plan, the first image, and the second image, a target radiation therapy plan to treat the one or more target objects. The target radiation therapy plan may be the first radiation therapy plan or a second radiation therapy plan associated with the second image, wherein at least a portion of the determining the target radiation therapy plan may be performed in parallel.

Systems and methods for generating adaptive radiation therapy plan

A radiation system is provided. The radiation system may include a bore accommodating an object, a rotary ring, a first radiation source and a second radiation source mounted on the rotary ring and a processor. The first radiation source may be configured to emit a first cone beam toward a first region of the object. The second radiation source may be configured to emit a second beam toward a second region of the object, the second region including at least a part of the first region. The processor may be configured to obtain a treatment plan of the object, the treatment plan including parameters associated with radiation segments. The processor may be further configured to control an emission of the first cone beam and/or the second beam based on the parameters associated with the radiation segments to perform a treatment and a 3-D imaging simultaneously.

Radiation systems for radition treatment and imaging

The present disclosure is related to systems and methods for generating a radiation treatment plan for a treatment volume of a subject. The method includes retrieving a planning image of the treatment volume. The planning image may include a plurality of first voxels. The method also includes retrieving a treatment image that represents at least part of the treatment volume. The treatment image may include a plurality of second voxels. For at least one of the plurality of second voxels, the method further includes determining at least one reference voxel among the plurality of first voxels in the planning image and determining a dose value corresponding to the at least one second voxel. The method still further includes generating a radiation treatment plan based at least part on the dose value corresponding to the at least one second voxel.

Systems and methods for robust radiation treatment planning

The present disclosure relates to a system and a method. The system may include a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) apparatus configured to acquire MRI data with respect to a region of interest (ROI) and a therapeutic apparatus configured to apply therapeutic radiation to at least one portion of the ROI. The MRI apparatus may include a plurality of main magnetic coils arranged coaxially along an axis, a plurality of shielding magnetic coils arranged coaxially along the axis, and a cryostat in which the plurality of main magnetic coils and the plurality of shielding magnetic coils are arranged.

Radiation therapy system and method

A method for generating a radiation treatment plan is provided. The method may include determining a set of one or more optimization goals for radiation delivery by a therapeutic radiation delivery apparatus. The method may also include determining a plan for radiation delivery from a radiation source of the therapeutic radiation delivery apparatus. The radiation source may be capable of continuously rotating around a subject. The plan may include a plurality of radiation segments. Each radiation segment may be characterized by at least one parameter selected from a start angle, a stop angle, a two-dimensional segment shape, or a segment MU value such that the plurality of radiation segments satisfy the set of one or more optimization goals by superimposing at least two radiation segments from at least two different rotations into a target volume of the subject.
