Provided are an organic compound, a hole injection material, and an application thereof. The organic compound has a structure as shown in Formula I or Formula II, and has a deep LUMO energy level through the mutual synergy of nuclear structures and substituents, and the LUMO energy level is close to the anode work function and the HOMO energy level of a hole transport layer, which can effectively promote the generation of holes. Meanwhile, the organic compound has a suitable molecular weight, low volatility, high thermal stability, and can satisfy the vacuum evaporation requirements for the OLED device preparation. The organic compound is applied to the OLED device, especially suitable as a P-type dopant for a hole injection layer, which can effectively control the charge balance in the device, significantly reduce the drive voltage of the device, prolong the working life, and enable the device to have higher luminous performance.

Organic compound, hole injection material, and application thereof

Provided are an organic compound, a P-type doped material and an application thereof. The organic compound has a structure represented by Formula I, and through a molecular structure design, the organic compound has a lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy level which is close to an anode work function and a highest occupied molecular orbital energy level of a hole transport layer, effectively promoting the generation of holes. The organic compound has a suitable molecular weight, low volatility and high stability, sufficiently satisfying an evaporation preparation process of OLED devices; moreover, the synthesis method is simple and low cost, achieving large-scale application. As an organic electroluminescent material, the organic compound can be used as the P-type doped material, especially suitable for a charge injection layer of organic electroluminescent devices, which can adjust charge balance of devices, effectively improve efficiency and lifetime of devices and reduce drive voltage and energy consumption.

In addition, the compound has a higher triplet energy level to effectively transfer energy to the luminous body, and improves the efficiency of the device.

A compound having a structure represented by Formula I, and an organic electroluminescent device and an electronic apparatus including the same. The compound may be used as a hole transport material of an organic electroluminescent device. The compound provided by the present disclosure has a shallow LUMO, an appropriate HOMO energy level and a high triplet energy level E, and can effectively improve hole transport ability, and block electron transition and exciton transport; meanwhile, the compound has high electron mobility, and excellent thermal stability and thin film stability.
