A display panel is disclosed. The display panel includes a de-multiplexing switch group, a signal transmission line, a first control line, and a second control line. The first control line and the second control line are connected to the de-multiplexing switch group. Voltage levels of signals of the first control line and the second control line are opposite to each other, and a number of groups of the first control line and the second control line which intersect the signal transmission line is greater than or equal to zero. Pictures of display panels can be prevented from being affected by intersections of lines.

The display panel includes a panel body, a ground line, a first ground connecting portion, a first testing portion, a second ground connecting portion, a second testing portion, a first switch and a second switch, the ground line surrounds the display region, the first ground connecting portion and the first testing portion are parallel connected to one end of the ground line, the second ground connecting portion and the second testing portion are parallel to another end of the ground line, the first switch is electrically connected between the first ground connecting portion and one end of the ground line, the second switch is electrically connected between the second ground connecting portion and another end of the ground line.

Display panel and method for testing for occurrence of crack in display panel

A display panel and a method for testing for an occurrence of a crack in a display panel are provided. The display panel includes a panel body, a ground line, a first ground connecting portion, a first testing portion, a second ground connecting portion, a second testing portion, and a switch. By measuring a voltage, a resistance, or a current between the first testing portion and the second testing portion, an open circuit in the ground line and a crack in a non-display area can be detected. Therefore, difficulty of confirming if a crack occurs in the display panel is reduced.

A TFT array panel includes a primary display area and a slitting-edge display area. In the slitting-edge display area, a first metallic routing layer includes a first data line and a second metallic routing layer includes a first gate line. The first data line is connected to the second metallic routing layer through a hole in the interlayer dielectric layer so that the first data line overlaps the first gate line to form an overlapping capacitance to compensate for a gate line RC value.

A flexible display panel is provided and defined with a special-shaped cutout area and a display area, including a substrate, and a plurality of pixel structures, a scan line layer, and a data line layer disposed above the substrate, wherein each of the plurality of the pixel structures includes three sub-pixels, and the scan line layer includes a plurality of scan lines, and the data line layer includes a plurality of data lines. The sub-pixels are arranged as an array over the substrate, and the scan lines and the data lines are disposed in the array of the sub-pixels. A scan line is disposed between every two rows of the sub-pixels and two data lines are disposed between every column of the sub-pixels in the special-shaped cutout area. Therefore, the frame of the special-shaped cutout area can be reduced to realize the narrow frame of the special-shaped cutout area.

Each self-capacitance electrode connected with the touch detection chip through a connection line. Each self-capacitance electrode electrically connected with a corresponding connection line through at least one via hole. A group of connection lines connected with a same column of the multiple self-capacitance electrodes are divided into an odd number group and an even number group. The connection lines in the odd number group are sequentially connected with a terminal of a corresponding self-capacitance electrode of the same column of the self-capacitance electrodes. The connection lines in the even number group are sequentially connected with a terminal of a corresponding self-capacitance electrode of the same column of the self-capacitance electrodes. An in-cell touch panel and a liquid crystal display including above structure are also disclosed.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, whereby the technical problem of mura of the touch panel can be solved. In the touch panel, each first signal line, after being electrically connected with a corresponding touch electrode, further extends to one end of the touch panel far from the driving circuit, so that each touch electrode overlaps with a group of first signal lines that are connected with the column of touch electrodes including the touch electrode. The touch panel according to the present disclosure can be used in liquid crystal television, liquid crystal display device, mobile phone, tablet personal computer and other display devices.

Display device capable of avoiding mura for improving the display effect of the touch panel

An array substrate includes a substrate, a buffer layer, a first shielding pattern, a passivation layer, a first semiconductor pattern, a gate insulating layer, a first gate pattern, an interlayer insulating layer, and two first source/drain electrode patterns. A first through hole and a second through hole are arranged on the array substrate. One of the first source/drain electrode patterns is electrically connected to the first semiconductor pattern and the first shielding pattern through the first through hole. A device for manufacturing an array substrate includes an exposure device for using a halftone mask to form a photoresist pattern layer on a gate insulation layer of a substrate. A polysilicon pattern layer is disposed on the substrate. A gate insulation layer covers the polysilicon pattern layer. The photoresist pattern layer includes a hollow portion corresponding to a heavily doping region of the polysilicon pattern layer, a first photoresist portion corresponding to a lightly doping region of the polysilicon pattern layer, and a second photoresist portion corresponding to an undoped region of the polysilicon pattern layer. The first photoresist portion is thinner than the second photoresist portion. A doping device is used for performing one doping process to the polysilicon pattern layer such that the heavily doping region and the lightly doping region are formed simultaneously.

A touch liquid crystal display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The touch liquid crystal display panel comprises a sensing layer comprising a plurality of electrode regions arranged as an array, the electrode regions being electrically isolated from one another and respectively corresponding to a plurality of pixel units of a display region, and a wiring layer comprising a plurality of wires electrically connected with a control chip. The electrode regions each are electrically connected with a corresponding wire of the wiring layer through a via hole disposed adjacent to part of sub pixels of a corresponding pixel unit, so that the control chip acquires an inductive signal of each of the electrode regions. In the present disclosure, only partial sub pixels are provided with via holes for forming electric contact of the electrode regions of the sensing layer with the wires of the wiring layer. The aperture ratio of the self-capacitive screen can be increased through reducing the number of via holes. In the meantime, the transmittance of the entire display panel can be improved.

Touch liquid crystal display panel and method for manufacturing the same

A fixture for preventing deformation of a glass panel of a display module, for receiving and fixing a light guide plate and a glass panel. It comprises an array cell and a color filter cell. The array cell is provided with a metal routing layer. The color filter cell is provided with a color resist layer. The fixture consists and a lower fixing end, with upper ends, the array cell and the color filter cell received in the upper fixing end, while lower ends thereof received in the lower fixing end, so the color resist layer in the color filter cell and the metal routing layer in the array cell are aligned in parallel. By a gap between the glass panel and the inner side face and bottom surface, the glass panel fine tunes properly for quick recovery by virtue of its gravity when deformation occurs.

The present invention discloses an array substrate and liquid crystal display panel, wherein in the array substrate, each pixel unit includes a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode and a third pixel electrode; and each pixel unit includes a first control circuit and a second control circuit; the first control circuit affects first pixel electrode to make first pixel electrode in a state corresponding to displaying a black image in 3D display mode; the second control circuit affects second pixel electrode to change the voltage of second pixel electrode. As such, the present invention can reduce color difference at large viewing angle, improve opening ratio in 2D mode, reduce signal cross-talk in 3D mode, and reduce the number of data line drivers to reduce the cost.
