Voltage generators with relatively low clock feedthrough are disclosed. A voltage generator can include a charge pump with a first set of two switches arranged between two voltages, a second set of two switches arranged between one of the two voltages and an output node, and a fly capacitor connected to the first and second sets of two switches. The voltage generator can include a clock generation circuit to provide clock signals such that the two switches of the first set transition state and the two switches of the second set transition state at different times. In certain embodiments, the charge pump includes a p-type fly capacitor connected to an output node by way of an n-type transistor. In some embodiments, a level shifter can generate a level shifted clock signal for the charge pump and includes cross coupled transistors to receive a regulated voltage provided to the voltage generator.

An out-of-band (OOB) detection circuit includes: a positive input node; a negative input node; a resistive circuit comprising a first resistor coupled between a first supply node and a first node, a variable resistor coupled between the first node and a second node, and a second resistor coupled between the second node and a ground; a first comparator configured to compare a difference between a positive input signal received at the positive input node and a negative input signal received at the negative input node against a positive threshold value, and a second comparator configured to compare the difference between the positive input signal received at the positive input node and the negative input signal received at the negative input node against a negative threshold value.

Out-of-band (OOB) detection circuit for serial/deserializer (SERDES)

Disclosed is a low drop-out voltage regulator circuit with a distributed output network coupled to a pixel array for use in image sensor circuitry. The regulator circuit comprises voltage regulating circuitry and a distributed output network, wherein the distributed output network comprises drive transistors disposed along and connected between a supply track and an output track. The spatial distribution of the drive transistors improves heat dissipation within the regulator circuit, and a combination of low current flow and regulated output voltage reduces IR drop across the output track. The improved heat dissipation increases device lifespan and performance, whereas the reduction in IR drop across the output track provides better pixel response, readout uniformity, and image quality.

Low drop-out regulator with distributed output network

A resistor network implemented in an integrated circuit includes a first plurality of interconnect traces coupled in series at a first plurality of nodes; a first plurality of switches coupled between the first plurality of nodes and an output node; a second plurality of interconnect traces coupled in series at a second plurality of nodes; and a second plurality of switches coupled between the second plurality of nodes and the output node, wherein a voltage at the output node is generated in response to a resistance of the resistor network based upon a configuration of the first plurality of switches and the second plurality of switches.

Resistor network implemented in an integrated circuit

A circuit includes a plurality of logic gates and a drive circuit. The plurality of logic gates are coupled between a first supply node and a second supply node. Each logic gate has at least one input and consumes a short circuit current during a logic state transition. The drive circuit is coupled to the inputs of the plurality of logic gates to deliver a copy of an input signal to each logic gate, wherein the input signal copies arrive at the inputs of the logic gates at substantially different times. The circuit may be incorporated in a touch screen panel and a display.
