A boost converter is provided. A first terminal of a first inductor of the boost converter is connected to a positive terminal of an input power source. In the of the boost converter, a second terminal of the first inductor is connected to a first terminal of a resonant inductor, and a second terminal of the resonant inductor is connected to a first terminal of a main switch. A second terminal of the main switch is connected to a negative terminal of the input power source. In the of the boost converter, a first terminal of a clamp switch is connected to the second terminal of the resonant inductor, a second terminal of the clamp switch is connected to a first terminal of a first storage capacitor, and a second terminal of the first storage capacitor is connected to the first terminal of the first inductor.

Boost converter

A resonant converter having a switch on-time control mechanism is provided. The resonant converter includes a primary-side switch circuit, a primary-side resonant circuit, a secondary-side switch circuit, a secondary-side resonant circuit, a transformer and a control circuit. In the resonant converter, the control circuit controls on-times and switching frequencies of the primary-side switch circuit and the secondary-side switch circuit to extend time within which power is transmitted from an input power source, the primary-side switch circuit, the primary-side resonant circuit and the transformer to the secondary-side resonant circuit, and stored in the secondary-side resonant circuit. As a result, the secondary-side resonant circuit is able to supply more power to a load.

Resonant converter having switch on-time control mechanism

An infrared device is provided. The infrared device includes a substrate, a metal layer, a first semiconductor layer, an absorber layer, and a second semiconductor layer. The metal layer is disposed on the substrate. The first semiconductor layer is disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the metal layer. A cavity is formed between the first semiconductor layer and the metal layer. The absorber layer is disposed on the first semiconductor layer. The second semiconductor layer is disposed on the absorber layer and electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer. The TCR of the first semiconductor layer is different from that of the second semiconductor layer.

Infrared device and method for manufacturing the same

A MEMS device is provided. The MEMS device includes a substrate having at least one contact, a first dielectric layer disposed on the substrate, at least one metal layer disposed on the first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer disposed on the first dielectric layer and the metal layer and having a recess structure, and a structure layer disposed on the second dielectric layer and having an opening. The opening is disposed on and corresponds to the recess structure, and the cross-sectional area at the bottom of the opening is smaller than the cross-sectional area at the top of the recess structure. The MEMS device also includes a sealing layer, and at least a portion of the sealing layer is disposed in the opening and the recess structure. The second dielectric layer, the structure layer, and the sealing layer define a chamber.

MEMS device, manufacturing method of the same, and integrated MEMS module using the same

A resonant converter having a pre-conduction mechanism for realizing a wide output voltage range is provided. The resonant converter includes a first circuit and a second circuit. The first circuit includes a plurality of primary-side switches. The plurality of primary-side switches includes a first high-side switch, a second high-side switch, a first low-side switch and a second low-side switch. The second circuit includes a plurality of secondary-side switches. The plurality of secondary-side switches includes a third high-side switch, a fourth high-side switch, a third low-side switch and a fourth low-side switch. When the second low-side switch and the first low-side switch are turned on and a current time reaches a preset on time, the fourth high-side switch and the third low-side switch are turned on.

Resonant converter having pre-conduction mechanism for realizing wide output voltage range

An interleaved three-phase Y-Delta connected power converter is provided. The interleaved three-phase Y-Delta connected power converter includes an input voltage source, an input capacitor, a first converter module, a second converter module, an output circuit, and a control circuit. The control circuit calculates a phase shift amount and an operating frequency through voltage and current feedbacks to generate a plurality of switch signal groups for controlling the first converter module and the second converter module, respectively.

Interleaved three phase Y-delta connected power converter

An LLC resonant converter is provided, which includes an input power source, a full-bridge switch circuit, a resonant circuit, a transformer, a rectifier circuit, a load, and a control circuit. The control circuit includes a load detection circuit and a valley switching circuit. The load detection circuit detects a load state of the load. The valley switching circuit is configured to, in response to the load state being a light load state: correspondingly generate a first difference voltage; calculate a first switch on-time for a first switch and a fourth switch; generate switching signals that control the first switch and the fourth switch to be turned off, and detect voltage valleys of a second switch and a third switch; and generate the switching signals to control the second switch and the third switch to be turned on according to the calculated first switch on-time.

LLC resonant converter

A MEMS device is provided. The MEMS device includes a substrate having at least one contact, a first dielectric layer disposed on the substrate, at least one metal layer disposed on the first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer disposed on the first dielectric layer and the metal layer and having a recess structure, and a structure layer disposed on the second dielectric layer and having an opening. The opening is disposed to correspond to the recess structure, and the cross-sectional area at the bottom of the opening is smaller than the cross-sectional area at the top of the recess structure. The MEMS device also includes a packaging layer, and at least a portion of the packaging layer is disposed in the opening and the recess structure. The second dielectric layer, the structure layer, and the packaging layer define a chamber.

MEMS device and manufacturing method of the same

A tunable optical device including a substrate, at least one support unit, a flexible frame, an elastic component, a first reflector, and at least one actuator is provided. The support unit is fixed onto the substrate. The flexible frame is connected to the support unit and suspended above the substrate. The elastic component is connected to the flexible frame. A stiffness of the elastic component in the Z-axis is smaller than a stiffness of the flexible frame in the Z-axis. The Z-axis direction is parallel to a normal direction of the substrate. The first reflector is connected to the elastic component. The actuator is located between the flexible frame and the substrate or located between the first reflector and the substrate.

Tunable optical device

A multi-level buck converter includes an input power source, an input capacitor, first to fourth switches, a clamp capacitor, an output inductor, a clamp switch, a clamp diode, an output capacitor, an output load, a current detection circuit, a voltage detection circuit and a control circuit. The current detection circuit detects whether an inductor current of the output inductor exceeds a predetermined current value, and if so, the output clamp signal controls the clamp switch to be turned on. The voltage detection circuit generates a duty cycle control signal according to an error between an output voltage and a target output voltage. The control circuit controls the first to the fourth switches to sequentially enter a first mode, a second mode, a third mode, and a fourth mode in a first part of a duty cycle.

Multi-level buck converter capable of reducing component stress

A full bridge converter having a wide output voltage range includes an input power source, a full bridge switching circuit, a transformer, a first rectifying circuit, a second rectifying circuit, a first output circuit, a second output circuit, and a control circuit. The transformer includes a magnetic core, a primary side winding, a first secondary side winding, and a second secondary side winding. The first rectifying circuit includes a first AC switch, a second AC switch and a first freewheeling diode, and the second rectifying circuit includes a third AC switch, a fourth AC switch and a second freewheeling diode. The control circuit, according to a duty cycle, controls the first AC switch and the third AC switch to be turned on during a positive half cycle, and controls the second AC switch and the fourth AC switch to be turned on during a negative half cycle.

Full bridge converter having wide output voltage range

A totem-pole bridgeless power factor corrector and a power factor correction method are provided. The totem-pole bridgeless power factor corrector obtains a duty cycle of next state by a predictive valley-peak current control method, and uses an OR gate element to combine PWM signals generated by an average current control method and the predictive valley-peak current control method, thereby enabling a digital signal processor to update the duty cycle.

Totem-pole bridgeless power factor corrector and power factor correction method

A suspension particle sensing apparatus includes a first flow channel, a suspension particle concentration sensor and a suspension particle filtering assembly. The first flow channel has a first entrance and a first exit. The suspension particle concentration sensor is disposed in the first flow channel, and is located between the first entrance and the first exit. The suspension particle filtering assembly is disposed at the first entrance, and includes a casing and a suspension particle filtering structure. The casing has a first opening and a second opening. The first opening is communicated with the first entrance of the first flow channel. The suspension particle filtering structure covers the second opening.

Suspension particle sensing apparatus

Provided is a residual toxicant detection system and a residual toxicant detection method, the residual toxicant detection method including: allowing an aqueous solution containing a residual toxicant to flow into a detection portion including a cavity; providing at a side of the cavity a light containing a specific wavelength range to react with the residual toxicant; receiving the light that passes through the cavity on another side of the cavity, thereby generating a sensing signal; and calculating an amount of change in absorbance of the aqueous solution according to the sensing signal, wherein when the amount of change in absorbance is less than a threshold value, a detection count is accumulated, and when the accumulated detection count is greater than a predetermined value, a detection result is generated. Therefore, whether or not the residual toxicant on the object is cleaned can be determined easily and accurately.

Residual toxicant detection system and residual toxicant detection method

An interleaved LLC half-bridge series resonant converter having an integrated transformer includes a power supply, a magnetic core, a first converter, a second converter and an output load circuit. The magnetic core has first and second outer columns and a center column. The first converter includes a first switch circuit, a first resonant tank, a first transformer, and a first rectifier circuit. The first transformer is coupled to the first resonant tank and includes a first primary winding wound on the first outer column and a first secondary winding wound on the second outer column. The second converter includes a second switch circuit, a second resonant tank, a second transformer and a second rectifier circuit. The second transformer is coupled to the second resonant tank and includes a second primary winding wound on the first outer column and a second secondary winding wound on the second outer column.
