A method for making a lithium ionic energy storage element, the method includes the steps of: (a) mixing a lithium ion donor, a positive electrode frame active substance and a binder with a predetermined weight ratio to form a mixture, and adding the mixture into a dispersant to form a positive electrode active substance, wherein the lithium ion donor includes lithium peroxide, lithium oxide or a combination thereof; (b) coating the positive electrode active substance on an aluminum foil to form a film, and baking the film to form a positive electrode; and (c) forming a lithium ionic energy storage element by assembling the positive electrode, a negative electrode having a negative electrode active substance and a porous separate strip interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and filling an electrolyte into the porous separate strip.

Method for making lithium ionic energy storage element

A degassing method for a lithium battery cell includes the following steps: providing a lithium battery cell including a sealed bag, a degassing tube is arranged on the sealed bag and an end of the degassing tube is communicated with a space in the sealed bag, the sealed bag is filled with electrolyte solution and a remnant gas is contained therein; providing a negative pressure on an external surface of the sealed bag to inflate the sealed bag and therefore decompress the sealed bag to vaporize a part of the electrolyte solution, and the remnant gas is separated from the liquid electrolyte solution and mixed with the vaporized electrolyte solution to form a mixed gas; extracting the mixed gas via the degassing tube, therefore the vaporized electrolyte is pressurized to be liquefied in the degassing tube, and the remnant gas is discharged through the degassing tube.

Degassing method for lithium battery cell

A lithium battery cell capable of exhausting a gas includes a battery cell with an opening for discharging the gas, and an exhaust structure combined to the battery cell and having a tube sleeve, a stop portion and a plug. The tube sleeve is installed to the opening of the battery cell; the stop portion is disposed at an end of the tube sleeve and has an exhaust end communicated with the tube sleeve and the outside; the plug is installed into the tube sleeve to block a side opening of the tube sleeve, blocked by the stop portion to prevent it from separating from the tube sleeve, and pushed by the gas to release its connection with the tube sleeve; and a gap is formed between the plug and the tube sleeve to allow the gas to flow through and exit from the exhaust vent to the outside.

A recognition method for a battery cell package and a structure thereof includes: a) providing a plurality of battery cells arranged in a stack or in a wrapped roll; b) providing a tape, an isolation film or an electrode slat having a shape recognition structure; c) providing a packaging bag; d) placing the tape, the isolation film or the electrode slat at an outer layer of the battery cells; and e) placing the plurality of battery cells into the packaging bag and drawing an air out of the packaging bag such that an outer surface of the packaging bag reveals the shape recognition structure of the tape, the isolation film or the electrode slat. Therefore, the specifications and models of the battery cell packages can be determined with ease to facilitate the categorization and storage of the battery cell packages.

Recognition method for a battery cell package and structure thereof

A packing device for electrode sheets is provided in the present disclosure. The packing device is used for pasting tapes on a stack structure consisted of the electrode sheets to packing the stack structure. The packing device is included of a tape fetching mechanism, a couple of claws, a carrying mechanism and a positioning mechanism. The tape fetching mechanism is used for moving a tape and putting on the claws. The claws are arranged at interval and a gap is thereby formed between the claws. Each claw is included of a chamfer surface, and the chamfer surfaces are arranged at opposite sides of the gap. The carrying mechanism is used for loading the stack structure. The positioning mechanism is used to drive the claws and the carrying mechanism move related to each other.

Packing device for electrode sheets and packing method thereof

A power disconnection apparatus includes a soft-shell Li ion battery and a power disconnection device. The soft-shell Li ion battery includes anode pin and a cathode pin and a soft shell enclosing the soft-shell Li ion battery. The power disconnection device includes a panel attaching to the surface of the shell of the soft-shell Li ion battery and a separation unit arranged at topside of the panel and corresponding to one of the anode pin and the cathode pin. The shell has expansion when the soft-shell Li ion battery is over-charged and the panel is move away from the soft-shell Li ion battery. Therefore, the separation unit disconnects power to the anode pin or the cathode pin.

Power disconnection apparatus for soft-shell Li ion battery

A rechargeable lithium battery protection device uses an external circuit to control charging or discharging a rechargeable lithium battery for preventing an overcharge or an overdischarge of the battery. The rechargeable lithium battery protection device includes a diagnostic circuit, a light coupling circuit, a balance circuit, and an identifier circuit. The battery diagnostic circuit checks the voltage of the chargeable battery and outputs a detect signal, and then the balance circuit determines whether or not the detect signal is an overcharge signal and discharges the battery. Meanwhile, the light coupling circuit adjusts an impedance of the light coupling circuit according to the detect signal for disconnecting the battery from the external circuit and the identifier circuit provides the position of a battery that sends out the signal.
