A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration for a carrier associated with a primary cell (PCell), the carrier configured with a first control resource set (CORESET) pool index value and a second CORESET pool index value. The UE may receive an indication of a set of candidate beams available for a beam failure recovery (BFR) procedure, the set of candidate beams comprising a first subset of candidate beams associated with the first CORESET pool index value and a second subset of candidate beams associated with the second CORESET pool index value. A base station may associate multiple user equipment (UEs) with one or more UE groups and generate group common downlink control information (DCI) for each UE group for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) cancellation, such that group common DCI may be transmitted to UEs of a respective UE group. The base station may associate each of UEs with a respective UE group, wherein the UEs are configured with SPS configurations by the base station, each SPS configuration configuring respective SPS occasions. The base station may further determine to cancel one or more SPS occasions associated with at least one of the SPS configurations, generate one or more group common DCI for the one or more UE groups to cancel the one or more SPS occasions, and transmit the one or more group common DCI to one or more UEs associated with the at least one of the SPS configurations.

The subset of DMRS ports may have fewer DMRS ports than the set of DMRS ports. The UE may communicate a set of DMRSs with the network entity over the set of transmission occasions using the set of DMRS ports. This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for CRC scrambling for SCI in sidelink communication. A wireless transmitter may be configured to scramble bits of SCI based on a scrambling sequence and transmit the SCI to a wireless receiver. The wireless receiver may receive the SCI having CRC bits scrambled with the scrambling sequence and attempt to decode the SCI, including descrambling the CRC bits of the SCI. The SCI may include a first portion of SCI transmitted in a PSCCH and a second portion of SCI transmitted in a PSSCH.
