Techniques for carbon sequestration and storage site selection are presented. The techniques include: obtaining range estimations of criteria for potential carbon sequestration and storage sites; selecting random criteria values in respective range estimations; forming a decision matrix from the random criteria values; weighing the decision matrix to obtain representative vectors; scoring at least some the potential carbon sequestration and storage sites according to similarities of respective potential carbon sequestration and storage site representative vectors to a best vector and to a worst vector; ranking the potential carbon sequestration and storage sites according to the scores; repeating the selecting, forming, weighing, scoring, and ranking a plurality of times to obtain a plurality of sets of scores and a plurality of rankings; displaying a visualization of the plurality of rankings; and selecting a carbon sequestration and storage site from among the potential carbon sequestration and storage sites based on the visualization.

Carbon sequestration and storage site selection and usage

A terminal receives a demodulation reference signal from a network. A terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure has a control section that judges indexing of Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasions or Downlink Control Information (DCI) formats associated with joint feedback, when the terminal is not provided with any CORESET pool index or is provided with a CORESET pool index with a value of '0' for one or more first control resource sets (COntrol REsource SETs (CORESETs)) and is provided with a CORESET pool index with a value of “1” for one or more second CORESETs on an active Downlink Bandwidth Part (DL BWP) of a serving cell, and Acknowledgement (ACK)/Negative Acknowledgement (ACNACK) feedback mode=joint feedback is provided for the serving cell, and a transmitting section that transmits a HARQ-ACK using a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ)-ACK codebook or Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource determined based on the indexing. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, in the case of using multi-panel/TRP, it is possible to suitably perform HARQ-ACK feedback.

A terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a transmitting section that transmits a random access preamble in a given cell when beam failure is detected, and a control section that assumes a same antenna port quasi-co-location parameter as that associated with an index of a reference signal corresponding to the random access preamble for monitoring of a downlink control channel in a given control resource set after a given period from timing at which contention resolution is successful in random access procedure corresponding to the random access preamble and until specific information related to a Transmission Configuration Indication state (TCI state) for a downlink control channel is received. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to appropriately update a beam in relation to BFR.

A terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a receiving section that receives information indicating a plurality of transmission configuration indication (TCI) states for a same demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH); and a control section that determines, based on downlink control information, at least one of a TCI state and resource allocation of each of a plurality of PDSCHs that carry same downlink data. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to appropriately receive downlink data from a plurality of transmission points.

This application provides an audio/video or picture compression method and apparatus, which relates to the field of artificial intelligence (AI)-based audio/video or picture compression technologies, and to the field of neural network-based audio/video or picture compression technologies. The method includes: transforming a raw audio/video or picture to feature space through a multilayer convolution operation, extracting features of different layers in the feature space, outputting rounded feature signals of the different layers, predicting probability distribution of shallow feature signals by using deep feature signals or entropy estimation results, and performing entropy encoding on the rounded feature signals. In this application, signal correlation between different layers is utilized. In this way, audio/video or picture compression performance can be improved.

According to the application, compression bit rate control is implemented in a same compression model.

A terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a receiving section that receives single downlink control information (DCI) for a plurality of uplink shared channels (Physical Uplink Shared Channels (PUSCHs)), and a control section that controls transmission of the plurality of PUSCHs, based on an extended transmit power control (TPC) command field included in the DCI and spatial relation information (SRI) corresponding to an index associated with the TPC. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, even when multi-TRP is applied, PUSCH repetitive transmission can be appropriately controlled.

A backlight module includes a backlight source and a backlight driving unit. The backlight source includes a white-light source and a compensating light source. The backlight driving unit includes a primary driving module and a compensating driving module. The primary driving module, within a compensation time duration, according to a current environmental temperature, selects a compensation-driving function corresponding to the current environmental temperature; and according to the selected compensation-driving function, supplies a compensation controlling signal to the compensating driving module.
