A battery pack housing includes a tray, a middle beam, a cover plate and a mounting member. The tray includes a bottom plate and a plurality of side beams and forms a receiving space for accommodating a battery unit. The receiving space is open at one side. The cover plate is configured to close the open side of the receiving space. The plurality of side beams include two first side beams opposite to each other. The middle beam is in the receiving space and two ends of the middle beam along a length direction are respectively spaced by a predetermined distance from or in contact with the two first side beams.

A battery unit includes a battery and an insulation film, the battery includes a battery housing, a battery core disposed inside the battery housing, and a battery cover plate disposed on an end portion of the battery housing; the insulation film is coated on at least one side face of the battery housing, the insulation films on two adjacent battery units are bonded to each other in the preset direction to connect the plurality of battery units together; and the insulation film includes an extension portion, where the extension portion is formed by a top portion of the insulation film which protrudes from the battery cover plate and extends upward, the top plate is disposed on an upper side of the battery unit, a groove is provided on a lower side of the top panel, and at least part of the extension portion is accommodated in the groove.

Battery module

An assembly for power connection and signal acquisition includes a power connection member and a patch panel. The power connection member includes a holder, a plurality of connection pieces disposed in the holder, and a protection shell mounted on the holder to protect the plurality of connection pieces. The patch panel includes a trough that defines a plurality of cable slots, a sampling cable received in each of the cable slots, and a protection cover mounted on the trough to protect the sampling cable received in the cable slot. A sampling terminal is disposed at an end of the sampling cable for electrically connecting the sampling cable with each of the connection pieces.
