A method includes preparing main and auxiliary absorption liquids, generating a middle slurry, reabsorbing residual gas SO, generating a target product, separating the target product, drying and packaging.

The filter material is composed of a commercial dust removal filter material and a catalyst that is grown on the filter material and that has a function of simultaneously decomposing nitrogen oxides and dioxins. The present invention provides a catalyst for catalytic reduction of an industrial flue gas SOwith CO to prepare sulfur, a method for preparing the same and use thereof. A CeOnanocarrier is prepared by using a hydrothermal method, La and Y are loaded as active components, pre-sulfurization is conducted with 6% of SOand 3% of CO, and finally, the catalyst is prepared. The catalyst has high reactivity and sulfur selectivity and strong stability. The by-product sulfur generated by the reaction is recovered with a solvent CS, and the solvent CSis recovered by using a distillation process. The preparation method is low in cost, causes no secondary pollution and is high in sulfur recovery rate. The problem of low sulfur production in China at present is solved.

Catalyst for catalytic reduction of industrial flue gas SOwith CO to prepare sulfur, method for preparing same and use thereof

A system for resource recycling of sulfur dioxide includes a charcoal reduction furnace, a high temperature dust remover, a cooling separator A, a liquid sulfur tank, a cooling separator, a tail gas absorption tower, a gas stripping tower, a hypo reactor, a centrifuge, a mother liquor tank and a thickener. And a method for resource recycling of sulfur dioxide includes the following steps: (1) preparing elemental sulfur, (2) removing dust from a process gas containing gaseous sulfur, (3) separating elemental sulfur, (4) reabsorbing residual SOgas, (5) purifying sulfur powder, (6) preparing a slurry of cured hypo, (7) performing liquid-solid separation, and (8) preparing an absorption slurry. According to the method, SOgas is reduced into liquid sulfur and sulfur powder, and sodium thiosulfate is coproduced.
