A sample mounting device for direct tensile test of rock mass is provided, which includes a first positioning stage, a second positioning stage, a first support piece, a second support piece, and a screw drive mechanism. The second positioning stage is arranged above the first positioning stage and capable of moving up and down, and cushion blocks for gluing with the rock mass are coaxially and detachably arranged at opposite ends of the first positioning stage and the second positioning stage, and a rock mass mounting area is formed between the two cushion blocks. A screw of the screw drive mechanism includes a first thread segment and a second thread segment with opposite thread directions. The first support piece is connected with the first thread segment through a nut seat, and the second support piece is connected with the second thread segment through a nut seat.

An in-memory computing circuit having reconfigurable logic, including: an input stage and N output stages which are cascaded. The input stage includes 2STT-MTJs. Each output stage includes STT-MTJs, of which a quantity is equal to a half of a quantity of STT-MTJs in a just previous stage. Two STT-MTJs in the previous stage and one STT-MTJ in the subsequent stage form a double-input single-output in-memory computing unit. Each double-input single-output in-memory computing unit can implement the four logical operations, i.e., NAND, NOR, AND, and OR, under different configurations. Data storage and logical operations can be realized under the same circuit architecture, and reconfigurations among different logic can be achieved.

The system elects a set of peer leaders from the plurality of peer servers. The set of peer leaders broadcast a first set of indices associated with a first subset of transactions, received from the plurality of peer servers, to one or more of the plurality of peer servers. The set of elected peer leaders execute a first instance of a binary agreement protocol based at least in part on a second subset of indices associated with a second subset of the transactions. The set of elected peer leaders output a consensus vector comprising one or more of the transactions.

A switching converter and a low-voltage startup circuit is provided. The low-voltage startup circuit includes a comparator and a substrate voltage control module. The comparator performs a comparison between an input voltage and a reference voltage and obtain a voltage detection signal according to a result of the comparison. The substrate voltage control module adjusts a substrate voltage of a main switching transistor according to the voltage detection signal, wherein when the voltage detection signal indicates that the input voltage is lower than/equal to the reference voltage, the substrate voltage control module increases the substrate voltage of the main switching transistor, and then a turn-on threshold voltage of the main switching transistor can be reduced, so that the main switching transistor may be normally turned on when the input voltage is low, and the low-voltage startup capability of the switching converter is improved.

The storage unit includes a semiconductor substrate, a first insulating medium layer, a ferroelectric thin film layer, a bottom electrode, a tunnel junction, a first metal interconnection portion, a second metal interconnection portion, a third metal interconnection portion and a fourth metal interconnection portion. The first insulating medium layer is formed on the semiconductor substrate, the ferroelectric thin film layer is disposed on the first insulating medium layer, the bottom electrode is formed on the ferroelectric thin film layer, and the tunnel junction is formed on the bottom electrode. The first metal interconnection portion is connected to a first end of the bottom electrode, and the third metal interconnection portion is connected to a second end of the bottom electrode. The second metal interconnection portion is connected to the ferroelectric thin film layer, and the fourth metal interconnection portion is connected to the tunnel junction. As compared with the prior art, the present disclosure can control a directional flipping of the magnetic moment in the tunnel junction based on the ferroelectric thin film layer provided. Based on the structural design of the storage unit, the present disclosure does not require an external magnetic field, and fully meets the requirement of high integration of the device.
