A screen content magnification method and device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes steps of: starting an magnifier function after a starting instruction of the magnifier function is detected, starting a camera device to acquire an area image of a preset area, and detecting whether a finger image corresponding to the finger of a user exists in the area image; if it is detected that a finger image exists in the area image, determining, on the basis of the finger image, position coordinates of the finger of the user in the area image; and determining size data of a touch screen, determining, on the basis of the size data and the position coordinates, a corresponding position to be magnified, and magnifying, on the basis of the magnifier function, screen content of a position area corresponding to the position.

A hierarchical health index evaluation method for an intelligent substation includes: obtaining a basic health index of a device based on static information and dynamic information of the device; obtaining a device correlation based on a communication connection relationship between the device and another device, and correcting the basic health index of the device based on the device correlation to obtain a health index of the device; obtaining a layer-based health index of a layer based on a device health index and a device importance weight of the layer; obtaining a whole-station health index of an intelligent substation based on a layer-based health index of each layer and a sum of device importance weights of each layer; and regulating the intelligent substation based on a health index of each device in the intelligent substation, the layer-based health index of each layer, and the whole-station health index.

A novel PSL family prenyltransferase has relaxed substrate specificity, which can use a variety of cyclic dipeptides and prenyl donors as substrates to produce various terpenylated diketopiperazines. An amino acid sequence of the prenyltransferase is SEQ ID NO: 1. An application of the prenyltransferase is transferring different prenyl groups to Trp-containing cyclic dipeptides. The prenyltransferase catalyzes the formation of terpenylated diketopiperazines by assembling prenyl groups onto cyclic dipeptides, which provides a new strategy for drug development of diketopiperazines.
