A rail welding method and device are provided. The method includes: welding a bottom of rail, wherein welding is repeatedly performed along a first swing trajectory in a lengthwise direction of a weld seam, from one end of the bottom of rail to the other end of the bottom of rail; welding a waist of rail, wherein welding is repeatedly performed in the lengthwise direction of the weld seam along a second swing trajectory, from one end of the waist of rail, and the second swing trajectory is divided into two regions for respective welding in a width direction of the weld seam; and welding a head of rail, wherein welding is performed in the lengthwise direction of the weld seam along the first swing trajectory, between one end of the head of rail and the other end of the head of rail.

A stable dispersant and an application thereof in preparing copolymer polyols, the preparation method for the stable dispersant including the steps of 1) contacting a polyol with a dianhydride compound for reaction so as to prepare an adduct; 2) performing a ring-opening addition reaction on the adduct obtained in step 1) and an epoxy compound to prepare a stable dispersant; the dianhydride compound does not contain a double bond that may copolymerize with an olefinically unsaturated monomer, while the epoxy compound contains a double bond that may copolymerize with an olefinically unsaturated monomer, the polyol is a polyester polyol and/or a polyether polyol, preferably being a polyether polyol. The stable dispersant obtained by means of the described preparation method has a multi-active site anchoring function, and is applied to the synthesis of copolymer polyols to obtain copolymer polyols having relatively uniform particle size.

A method for preparing an isocyanate in a gaseous phase by feeding, in the presence or absence of an inert gas, an amine-containing gas stream and a phosgene-containing gas stream into a reaction region, allowing the amine and the phosgene to contact in gaseous forms and undergo a phosgenation reaction in the reaction region, thus preparing the target isocyanate in a gaseous form in the reaction region. The phosgene-containing stream is subjected to preheating and warming before being fed into the reaction region, and the phosgene-containing stream comprises a substance A at a mass fraction of &#x3c;1% before being subjected to the preheating and warming up. Substance A is a NCO group-containing substance and/or an olefinic double bond-containing substance. The method reduces the formation of clogging matter in a heat exchanger and a vessel during the preheating and warming of the phosgene and during the reaction process.

A macromonomeric stabilizer, a preparation method thereof, a method for preparing a polymeric polyol using same, and the polymeric polyol prepared. Also disclosed are a soft polyurethane foam obtained by foaming a composition of the polymeric polyol prepared and a polyisocyanate, and a molded product comprising the soft polyurethane foam. The preparation method of the macromonomeric stabilizer comprises the following steps: reacting a polyol with a tricarboxylate not comprising a polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated double bond, or a derivative thereof, to form an adduct; and reacting the resulting adduct with an epoxide comprising a polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated double bond. The macromonomeric stabilizer of the present invention has a low viscosity, comprises a plurality of active sites, and can be directly used in subsequent reactions. The preparation method of the macromonomeric stabilizer can be carried out under normal pressure, without the need for end-blocking with ethylene oxide.

Preparation method and application of astaxanthin H1-, or H2- or J-aggregate water dispersion system are provided. The three kind of color-different astaxanthin multimer nano-dispersion systems utilize a special molecular structure of natural biomacromolecule chitosan and fish sperm DNA as well as physical interaction between macromolecules to induce formation and stability of astaxanthin multimers under solvent and salt ion-effects. Low-toxicity ethanol is selected as a good solvent for astaxanthin. The organic solvent can be completely removed in the later stage of the preparation process, and can be further enriched and recycled, which is beneficial to clean production and low cost. By adjusting process parameters, the H1-, or H2- or J-type astaxanthin aggregate water dispersion system can be obtained, so as to control a coloration range of astaxanthin water-based products to be yellow, orange and pink. Furthermore, during concentration, dehydration and reconstitution, astaxanthin aggregation patterns and coloring effects are maintained.

A process for preparing compounds of chitosan saccharified with aminosugar, adopts chitosan derivatives, aminosugar derivatives and anhydride derivatives as raw materials to synthesize target products. The process comprises: covalently bonding an anhydride derivative as a bonding arm to an aminosugar derivative, so as to form a monosaccharide derivative having an end group of carboxyl; and then covalently bonding the monosaccharide derivative having an end group of carboxyl to a primary amino group of a chitosan derivative via the carboxyl, so as to form a compound of chitosan saccharified with aminosugar.
