The present invention relates to a benzamide compound and a preparation method, use and pharmaceutical composition thereof. The benzamide compound represented by formula (I) is a STAT3 inhibitor, and can be used to prevent and/or treat a disease related to STAT3 activity, such as a tumor, autoimmune disease, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, inflammation, metabolic/endocrine dysfunction, and neurological disease.

The disclosure discloses a Network Assisted Interference Cancellation and Suppression (NAICS) method, apparatus, system and related device, for NAICS based on existing hardware configuration of a terminal. A first NAICS method includes the following steps. NAICS capability information reported by a User Equipment (UE) is received. NAICS assisted signalling is issued to the UE according to the NAICS capability information and/or interference information of a neighbouring base station. A second NAICS method includes the following steps. Transmission Modes (TM) are divided into N TM subsets, each TM subset including at least one TM, N being a natural number. A neighbouring base station is notified of a TM subset scheduled for an interfering UE, wherein the interfering UE includes a UE located at the edge of a coverage area of the neighbouring base station, and the notified TM subset does not include a high-complexity TM.

A demodulation reference signal (DMRS) indication method includes: a base station allocating designated DMRS ports, numbers of layers and orthogonal cover code (OCC) lengths to a user equipment (UE) according to a DMRS configuration parameter indication table, wherein a plurality of DMRS configuration parameter indication entries with a plurality of OCC length combinations of at least two OCC lengths are recorded in the DMRS configuration parameter indication table; according to DMRS configuration parameter information allocated to the UE, generating corresponding DMRS indication information, and sending the DMRS indication information to a corresponding UE. Also disclosed are a base station, a UE and a DMRS indication system.

The disclosure discloses a method of indicating channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS), comprising: when transmitting a CSI-RS via a downlink pilot time slot (DwPTS), generating, by a base station, a radio resource control (RRC) signaling indicative of a CSI-RS resource configuration state; and transmitting, by a base station, the RRC signaling to user equipment (UE); wherein the step of generating the RRC signaling indicative of the CSI-RS resource configuration state includes configuring a first field of the RRC signaling to be a special time slot, and configuring a second field of the RRC signaling to be a CSI-RS pattern in the special time slot; the configured special time slot is configured to instruct the UE satisfying a predefined condition to obtain the CSI-RS pattern indicated in the second field; the first field indicates a CSI-RS subframe configuration state; and the second field indicates a CSI-RS configuration of channel state information. The disclosure also discloses a base station and UE.

Method of indicating CSI-RS, base station and user equipment

The disclosure provides a method of transmitting transmission channel state information, and device, base station and terminal utilizing the same. The method comprises: transmitting, by 16 channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) ports, CSI-RSs, wherein the CSI-RSs are mapped to a resource element (RE) set in CSI-RS pilot patterns, the RE set comprises REs mapping to 2 sets of 8 CSI-RS ports, a first set of CSI-RS port serial numbers and a second set of the CSI-RS port serial numbers in the 16 CSI-RS ports are mapped to REs mapping to a first set of the 8 CSI-RS ports in the 2 sets of the 8 CSI-RS ports, and a third set of CSI-RS port serial numbers and a fourth set of the CSI-RS port serial numbers in the 16 CSI-RS ports are mapped to REs mapping to a second set of the 8 CSI-RS ports in the 2 sets of the 8 CSI-RS ports; and measuring, by a receiving end, according to the CSI-RSs, channel state information. The embodiments of the disclosure can reduce repeated CSI-RS overheads, while increasing accuracy of a CSI measurement comparing to a conventional terminal, enhancing performance of a base station.

Method of transmitting transmission channel state information, and device, base station and terminal utilizing same

A Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS) port indication method, device and a base station are disclosed. A provided DMRS port indication table covers all cases of transmission maximally supporting 8 layers, and 4 bits defined by DMRS port indication information may indicate all the cases in the DMRS port indication table in combination with single-codeword transmission and double-codeword transmission cases of a related standard, so that bit overhead of the DMRS port indication information may be reduced.

Demodulation reference signal port indication method, device, and base station

Provided are a method, device, and system for indicating a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resource. A base station can configure one or more channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resources for a plurality of terminals within a cell covered by the base station, and can indicate a CSI-RS resource that can be used by each terminal in the plurality of terminal and belongs to the one or more CSI-RS resources, thereby enabling each terminal to perform measurement and feedback of channel state information according to the CSI-RS resource indicated by the base station by using a physical layer signal or a media access layer signal. In the present scheme, CSI-RS configuration of terminals can be quickly and flexibly changed by introducing a physical layer signal or a media access layer signal, thereby reducing overheads of CSI-RS without affecting system performance.

Method and device for indicating channel state information reference signal resource

The disclosure discloses Network Assisted Interference Cancellation and Suppression (NAICS), methods and devices for controlling the same, which are configured to reduce processing complexity of User Equipment (UE) in NAICS under the condition of no excessive high-layer signalling overhead and no waste of a Carrier Aggregation (CA) capability of the UE in a CA scenario. The method for NAICS includes that: the UE receives an Interference Cancellation (IC) indication message sent by a Node B, and the IC indication message includes an Identifier (ID) of a Component Carrier (CC) which is targeted when the UE performs NAICS. The CC is a CC which performs CA transmission on the UE; and the UE performs NAICS on the CC according to the IC indication message.

Network assisted interference cancellation and suppression, methods and devices for controlling the same

The low magnetic sensitivity PM-PCF based on mechanical buffer is obtained by adding buffer structures in the cladding layer of the photonic crystal fiber. In the center of the fiber, the core region contains at least 3 layers of air-holes, enclosed by the cladding layer. The buffer structures are placed in the cladding layer. These buffer structures are formed by replacing silica of any shape by air, and are symmetrically located in X-axis and Y-axis directions to achieve mechanical isotropy. The buffer structures improve the fiber's performance in fiber coiling and stress conditions. Therefore, the fiber optic gyroscope using the PM-PCF can do without a magnetic shield, thus greatly reducing the weight of the fiber optic gyroscope and extending the scope of its application. Compared with the conventional commercial PCF, the PM-PCF provides the fiber optic gyroscope with lower temperature sensitivity and improved accuracy.
