The present disclosure provides a method () in a router for Label Switched Path, LSP, traceroute. The method () includes: receiving () an echo request packet containing a label stack; determining () from the label stack that forwarding to a downstream router is to be based on a binding segment identifier; identifying () a plurality of segments included in a binding segment associated with the binding segment identifier; and transmitting () an echo reply packet to a router originating the echo request packet, the echo reply packet containing information indicating a presence of the binding segment identifier in the label stack and indicating a segment identifier associated with each of the plurality of segments.

Method and router for label switched path traceroute

The present disclosure provides a method () in a network node advertising a Binding Segment Identifier, BSID. The method () includes: receiving () a first echo request packet containing a first target Forwarding Equivalence Class, FEC, stack including an FEC associated with the BSID; and transmitting (), in response to a Time To Live, TTL, expiration associated with the first echo request packet, a first echo reply packet to an initiating network node initiating the first echo request packet, the first echo reply packet containing an indicator indicating that the FEC is to be replaced by a set of FECs.

Method and network node for label switched path traceroute

The present disclosure relates to a rice PAL1 gene, an encoding protein and use thereof. The rice PAL1 gene has the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1, and the rice PAL1 protein has the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 4. Mutation of the gene leads to reduction of rice plant height and panicle length, while decreasing the number of primary branches, secondary branches and grains per panicle. It is found that the PAL1 gene can restore a mutant panicle type to a normal phenotype. The present disclosure provides a PAL1 gene functioning as a regulator of the rice panicle length and an encoding protein thereof. A rice panicle type is an important trait influencing rice yield. Therefore, it will be desired to directionally design a plant type and improve the rice yield by regulating panicle traits of rice with the PAL1 gene.
