In the present disclosure, the multi-level AC/DC conversion circuit and the multi-level DC/DC conversion circuit calculate the duty ratio of synchronous rectification switch according to the input voltage, the output voltage, the interval time of turning on the main switch, the switching cycle and the duty ratio of main switch, thereby eliminating the need for additional zero-current detecting function or zero-crossing detection circuit in conventional AC/DC conversion circuits. Accordingly, for the multi-level AC/DC conversion circuit and the multi-level DC/DC conversion circuit of the present disclosure, the cost is reduced, and the reliability is enhanced.

A multi-level conversion circuit and a control method for flying capacitor voltage thereof are provided. In the multi-level conversion circuit, each flying capacitor is connected between a common connection node of the lower switches connected therewith and a common connection node of the upper switches connected therewith. When the conversion circuit works in a DCM, the control method includes steps of: (a) determining the main switch and synchronous rectification switch of the lower and upper switches; (b) acquiring an adjustment value corresponding to each flying capacitor; and (c) adjusting a duty ratio of the main switch according to the adjustment value corresponding to the flying capacitor connected therewith, wherein the adjustment trend of the duty ratio under D<(N−2)/(N−1) is opposite to that under (N−2)/(N−1)<D≤1, and D is the duty ratio before the adjustment.

Multi-level conversion circuit and control method for flying capacitor voltage thereof

A flyback circuit and a control method of a clamping switch of the flyback circuit are provided. The flyback circuit includes a transformer, a main switch, a clamping capacitor, a clamping switch, and a secondary rectifier unit. The transformer includes primary and secondary windings with a turns ratio of K. The main switch and the primary winding are connected in series to receive an input voltage. The clamping switch and the clamping capacitor are connected in series and then connected to the primary winding in parallel. The secondary rectifier unit and the secondary winding are connected in series to provide an output voltage to a load. The control method includes: when a product of K and the output voltage is greater than or equal to the input voltage, controlling the clamping switch to turn on M times during N consecutive switching cycles of the main switch, where I≤M<N.

The power supply module without a fan comprises: a primary circuit comprising at least one primary switch and configured to receive AC input voltage and convert the AC input voltage into a first voltage; a transformer comprising primary and secondary windings and configured to convert the first voltage into a second voltage, the primary winding is coupled to the primary circuit; and a secondary circuit comprising at least one secondary switch and configured to convert the second voltage into a DC output voltage for the network device, the secondary circuit is coupled to the secondary winding, the secondary switch adopts SMT package, and power density of the power supply module is 60 W/inchor more. The stereoscopic accommodating space is filled with liquid coolant for cooling.

Power supply system for supplying power to network device

The present disclosure provides a three-level rectification DC/DC converter including primary and secondary circuits and a resonant tank circuit. A voltage between two primary terminals is a first voltage. The secondary circuit includes a flying capacitor, a switch bridge arm, and a capacitor bridge arm. The switch bridge arm includes four switches serially connected. Two terminals of the flying capacitor are respectively connected between the first and second switches and connected between the third and fourth switches. Two secondary terminals are respectively connected between the second and third switches and connected between two output capacitors of the capacitor bridge arm. In two consecutive periods of the first voltage, the first and second switches are in an on state for a preset time length after two falling edges respectively, and the third and fourth switches are in the on state for the preset time length after two rising edges respectively.

Three-level rectification DC/DC converter

The disclosure provides a magnetic assembly and a power supply apparatus. The magnetic assembly of the present disclosure includes: a first magnetic core, a plurality of windings, a housing and a second magnetic core, where the first magnetic core has a winding area, and the plurality of windings are wound with an interval on the winding area of the first magnetic core; the housing has an accommodating cavity, and at least part of the plurality of windings is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, and the second magnetic core is arranged between a cavity wall of the accommodating cavity and the plurality of windings. According to the present disclosure, parasitic parameters such as leakage inductance of the magnetic assembly are relatively stable, and the power supply efficiency is improved and higher.

The present disclosure provides a three-level rectification DC/DC converter including primary and secondary circuits and a resonant tank circuit. A voltage between two primary terminals is a first voltage. The secondary circuit includes two clamping switches, a switch bridge arm, and a capacitor bridge arm. The switch bridge arm includes four switches serially connected. The two clamping switches are connected in series between a node between the first and second switches and a node between the third and fourth switches. Two secondary terminals are respectively connected between the second and third switches and connected between two output capacitors of the capacitor bridge arm. The second and third switches are at least in an on state for a preset time length after falling and rising edges in a period of the first voltage respectively.

Disclosed is a flying capacitor three-level converter, including a plurality of circuit units, wherein each of the plurality of circuit units includes: an input capacitor; a bridge arm, electrically connected with the input capacitor in parallel, wherein the bridge arm includes a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and a fourth switch electrically and sequentially connected in series; and a flying capacitor unit, wherein the flying capacitor unit includes a first capacitor and a second capacitor, and the first capacitor and the second capacitor are electrically connected in parallel and electrically connected with a series branch in parallel, and the series branch includes the second switch and the third switch; wherein the input capacitor, the first switch, the first capacitor and the fourth switch form a first switching loop, and the second capacitor, the second switch and the third switch form a second switching loop.

Flying capacitor three-level converter and flying capacitor three-level buck-boost converter

Multilevel conversion circuit having a flying capacitor and method for pre-charging the same are provided. The multilevel conversion circuit includes: a first bridge arm including a plurality of switches connected in series; a second bridge arm including a plurality of switches connected in series and a flying capacitor group, midpoints of the two bridge arms connected to a power supply and an inductor to form a series branch; a DC bus capacitor to which the two bridge arms are connected in parallel; a first voltage clamping module connected between a first end of the flying capacitor group and a first end of the DC bus capacitor; and a second voltage clamping module connected between a second end of the flying capacitor group and a second end of the DC bus capacitor.

Multilevel conversion circuit having flying capacitor and method for pre-charging the same

Present disclosure provides a winding assembly and a magnetic element. The winding assembly includes a circuit board with a central hole and a first winding wound around the central hole in the circuit board; the first winding includes N turns of coil on at least two wiring layers; a second end of at least one turn of coil on a first wiring layers is connected to a first end of next turn of coil at corresponding position on a second wiring layer of the circuit board. The magnetic element includes a magnetic core and a winding assembly sleeved on a magnetic leg.
