An automatic non-repetitive floor pattern combining equipment is provided. The equipment comprises a conveying frame, supporting frames, floor strip feeding mechanisms, a mechanical arm and a storage table, wherein a conveying belt is provided on a top of the conveying frame, brackets are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the conveying frame, and to-be-combined floor strips with different patterns are placed on the brackets respectively; one of the supporting frames is installed at tops of two brackets of the plurality of brackets which are symmetrically provided on the two sides of the conveying frame, and the feeding mechanisms are provided on the supporting frames and reciprocate along the supporting frames; the feeding mechanisms are used for feeding the floor strips on the two sides of the conveying frame to the conveying belt at intervals.

The present invention discloses a material integrating device, which comprises a material transferring mechanism, an integrating mechanism and a conveying mechanism that are linked to a control system signal, wherein the material transferring mechanism is used to place the material to be integrated on the integrating mechanism and transfer the integrated material to the conveying mechanism, a vacuum adsorption platform is installed on a manipulator and is used to adsorb materials; the integrating mechanism comprises a vacuum negative pressure worktable, an angle adjusting platform and an electric push rod, the angle adjusting platform is slidably provided on the top surface of the vacuum negative pressure worktable and is located on the side of the material to be integrated, and the electric push rod is used to push the material to be integrated to be level; and the conveying mechanism comprises a conveyor belt for placing the integrated material.

The invention relates to a multi-purpose tile system, in particular a floor tile system, comprising a plurality of multi-purpose tiles. The invention also relates to a tile covering, in particular floor covering, consisting of mutually coupled tiles according to the invention. The invention further relates to a tile for use in multi-purpose tile system according to the invention.

The present invention provides an elastic plastic layer that is moisture proof and sound insulation and its production method. The elastic plastic layer that is moisture proof and sound insulation comprises a wear resistant layer, a decoration layer, a first backing material layer and a moisture proof and sound insulation layer. The adjacent layers are connected in turn by the order. The present invention provides the floor that is not only with the function of sound insulation, sound absorption, moisture proof, heat preservation, slightly flipping feet, resistance to press, acid and alkali resistance, but also with the positive effect that is low cost, easy molding, good in mechanical properties, and it is also good in laying effect, inflaming retarding, anti-skidding, easily laying, except that, since the wear resistant layer of the floor is coated with the ultraviolet-curable coating, so that it further improves the scratch-resistant property of the floor.

Elastic plastic floor which is with the functions of moisture proof and sound insulation, and its production method

The floor member has a closed-cell foam core that constitutes approximately 50% of the overall thickness of the floor member. All constituents of the floor member, including a design layer, wear layer and resilient foam plastic underlayer, are highly water resistant and essentially water repellant. The closed-cell foam core is relatively lightweight and the floor member is also relatively lightweight compared to equally dimensioned floor planks formed exclusively of solid laminated plastic materials or wood-based laminated materials. The floor member has edge connecting means for convenient floating floor installation without the need to adhere the floor member to a floor base. The floor member is also easy to handle to permit a do-it-yourselfer to install a floor covering with the floor member.

Floor plank with foam core

A multi-purpose tile is installable on ceilings walls and floors. The tile includes a base layer of foam plastic material bonded to an upper substrate layer of non-foam plastic or metal material. The bonding process includes pressurization of the foam layer to the non-foam constituents of the tile. The pressure is at a selected level that basically does not change the density of the foam base layer before and after pressurization. The thickness ratio of the foam based layer relative to other constituent layers of the tile can be approximately 15 to 20 times thicker than the other constituent layers thus ensuring that the tile is a lightweight, low density structure that is easy to handle and install.

Multi-purpose tile

The floor member, in one embodiment of the invention, is a floor member unit having a surface declination at the periphery of a top surface and extending downwardly to a peripheral beveled edge, and intersecting with the beveled edge between the top surface and a bottom surface. The surface declination can be curved or uncurved. In another embodiment of the invention the floor member unit is laminated in offset relationship to an underlayer of the same size and shape as the floor member unit. In either embodiment, the floor member can be formed as a floor tile or a floor plank.
