A touch display device, including a display panel including: a plurality of source lines configured to provide a plurality of source signals to a plurality of pixels, and a common electrode coupled to the plurality of source lines; a plurality of touch electrodes coupled to the common electrode, and configured to provide a plurality of touch signals according to a plurality of touch driving signals received from the common electrode; and a touch driving circuit configured to generate a plurality of pieces of touch information based on a difference between the plurality of touch signals and each of the plurality of touch driving signals.

A touch screen driving circuit for driving a touch screen which includes a display layer and a touch sensor layer on the display layer is provided. The touch screen driving circuit includes: a touch controller configured to provide a plurality of drive signals respectively to a plurality of first electrodes of the touch sensor layer, in a driving period, wherein the plurality of drive signals are phase synchronized during a first sub-period of the driving period; and a display driving circuit configured to provide a compensation signal to at least some of a plurality of source lines of the display layer in the first sub-period of the driving period, wherein the plurality of compensation signals are phase synchronized opposite to the plurality of drive signals in the first sub-period.

A display device, including: a touch screen panel including a touch panel and a display panel stacked under the touch panel; a touch driving circuit; and one or more rollers on which at least a portion of the touch screen panel is rolled. The touch panel may include receiving electrodes extending in a first axis direction and arranged in parallel in a second axis direction perpendicular to the first axis direction and driving electrodes extending in the second axis direction and arranged in parallel in the first axis direction. The display panel may include gate lines and source lines intersecting with the gate lines. The touch driving circuit may be configured to apply driving signals to the driving electrodes. The touch screen panel rolled on the one or more rollers may be unfolded as the one or more rollers slide in the first axis direction.

A touch display controller, panel and system may include a select circuit having a first selectable input terminal connected to touch sensors, a second selectable input terminal connected to display pixels, and an output terminal; an analog front-end circuit coupled to the output terminal of the select circuit to receive a raw analog signal, and having a shared processing path for analog signals from both the touch sensors and the display pixels; and a control circuit configured to control the an analog front-end circuit based on which type of element among the touch sensors or the display pixels is connected to the analog front-end circuit.

Touch display controller and touch display system including the same

A display chipset structure that is based on an integrated display controller is provided. The display controller includes including a display processor comprising a first digital circuit, and configured to receive image data from an application processor (AP) and output the image data to a first component driver chip configured to drive a gate line and a source line of a display panel; and a touch processor comprising a second digital circuit, and configured to receive touch data from a second component driver chip configured to drive sensing electrodes of a touch panel. The display controller is implemented as one semiconductor chip and separated from each of the first and second component driver chips, and the display processor and the touch processor communicate with each other through an internal interconnection of the one semiconductor chip.
