Provided are a light source module, a lighting device, and a system, which have uniform illuminance distribution, can obtain light having a large area, and are easy to assemble. The light module includes: a light source for emitting light; and a modulator disposed below the light source so as to modulate the emitted light into a line beam in the vertical direction. The light device includes a body, and a plurality of light source modules disposed on the lower side of the body so as to be arranged in an array in the horizontal direction, wherein the light source module includes: a support member provided in a first area of the lower side of the body; a light source provided in a second area of the lower side of the body so as to emit light in the downward direction; and the modulator provided on the lower side of the support member so as to modulate the emitted light into the line beam in the vertical direction.

Discussed is a manufacturing method of a micro mirror array including forming a mirror surface on a polymer film, bonding a plurality of polymer films, each having the mirror surface formed thereon, cutting the bonded polymer films to manufacture a primary micro mirror array, forming an additional mirror surface on the manufactured primary micro mirror array, bonding a plurality of primary micro mirror arrays, each having the additional mirror surface formed thereon, and cutting the bonded primary micro mirror arrays. Disclosed is a three-dimensional image display device, in particular, a three-dimensional image display device using a glassless mode. The three-dimensional image display device includes a data panel for displaying an image including a left eye image and a right eye image, a light supplier disposed at a first side of the data panel, the light supplier locally radiating light to enable a left eye image and a right eye image displayed on the data panel to be seen by a left eye and a right eye of a user, respectively, a lens array including a plurality of lenses disposed at a second side being opposite to the first side of the data panel, the lens array determining a passage such that the image supplied by the light supplier is transferred to the user, and a gap layer disposed between the data panel and the light supplier.
