An active air skirt apparatus controls an airflow flowing to a lower side of a mobility device according to a traveling state of the mobility device, thereby securing optimal aerodynamic performance. In addition, disclosed herein is an active air skirt apparatus, which stably moves a flap for controlling the airflow when a vehicle travels at high speed, thereby improving durability and reliability.

A front part assembly for a mobility device, a front-part-integrated assembly including the same, and a process of assembling the same are disclosed. The front part assembly includes a bumper, a fender, and a hood, which are integrally formed, wherein the bumper and the fender are connected to each other to define an internal space therebetween, and the hood is rotatably connected at a front end thereof to the bumper such that a rear end of the hood is rotated vertically to open and close the internal space. The front-part-integrated mobility device includes the front part assembly and a frame, which is coupled to the front part assembly and is coupled to a cowl and a rear fender. The method includes rotating the hood to open the internal space, coupling the front part assembly to the frame, and rotating the hood to close the internal space.

A hood-integrated vehicle body in which a hood, a bumper, and a fender are integrally formed into a single component so as to reduce the weight thereof is disclosed. The hood-integrated vehicle body includes a front vehicle body part, which is constructed such that a hood is integrally and rotatably connected to a front portion of the front vehicle body part and is openable at a rear side thereof, a lifting unit mounted to the front part of the vehicle so as to rotate the hood, and a locking unit, which is mounted to the front part of the vehicle so as to selectively engage the hood with the front part of the vehicle such that the engagement of the hood is released so as to allow the hood to be opened by means of the lifting unit upon manipulation for opening the hood.

The present disclosure discloses a bumper beam for a motor vehicle including a center portion free of mobility-specificity and side portions that may be altered according to design and specification of the mobility to secure collision performance so that the bumper back beam of which collision performance is secured and which satisfies various mobilities may be flexibly applied. Accordingly, it is possible to configure the back beam satisfying various mobilities based on a standardized model to secure collision performance so that manufacturing cost is reduced by assembling and producing the back beams with minimum molds.

The present disclosure provides a thermoplastic resin composition having high rigidity and a low coefficient of linear thermal expansion and a molded article including the same. Specifically, the thermoplastic resin composition includes a base resin including at least two polypropylene-based resins having different melt indexes, an elastomer having a melt index (190° C., 2.16 kg) of 20 g/10 min to 35 g/10 min as measured by ASTM D1238, and inorganic particles, and has a flexural modulus (FM) of 2,500 MPa or more and a coefficient of linear thermal expansion (CLTE) of 60 μm/m° C. or less.

Specifically, the thermoplastic resin composition includes a polypropylene-based resin having an isotactic pentad fraction of 96% or more as measured byC-NMR, a thermoplastic elastomer, an inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm to 5 μm, and a compatibilizer, and has a flexural modulus of 2,500 MPa or more and a coefficient of linear thermal expansion of 60 μm/m·° C. or less.
