The present invention relates to an energy supply circuit for instantly supplying power without a power converter and an electronic device which operates only when energy is supplied from an energy source using the same. An energy supply circuit without a power converter according to the present invention comprises: an energy extraction unitfor generating power from an energy source; and output unitfor supplying power to an external electronic circuit; a switch unitinterposed between the energy extraction unit and the output unitto connect an output end of the energy extraction unitto the output unitwhen switched on; and a maximum power point tracking control unitfor generating an open/closed signal for opening or closing the switch unitaccording to the voltage and current of the energy extraction unit. The present invention has a technical feature wherein a turn-on point of the open/closed signal comes at a time when the output end voltage of the energy extraction unitis Vh, and a turn-off point comes at a time when the output end voltage of the energy extraction unitis Vl. Accordingly, the present invention has a simple configuration, low manufacturing costs, has no energy loss due to the power conversion, and has no reduction in life due to charging and discharging of an energy storage device.

A method for generating and registering an identification in a wireless sensor network. The method includes generating an identification of a first layer node; transmitting the identification of the first layer node to a second layer node; detecting whether the identification of the first layer node is duplicated, using the second layer node; if the identification of the first layer node is not duplicated, transmitting a determination message from the second layer node to the first layer node; and determining the identification of the first layer node as a determined identification. The method further includes: if the second layer node does not have a determined identification, re-transmitting the identification of the first layer node after a predetermined period of time has lapsed. Therefore, an automatically identification allocating method using a hierarchical structure can be adopted to enable a distributed management.

Method for generating and registering identification in wireless sensor network

An anti-collision method is provided for a radio frequency identification (RFID) system including a reader, and two or more tags each having an ID. The anti-collision method includes transmitting an ID request value from the reader to the respective tags, the ID request value containing one or more of the codes forming the ID, receiving the ID from at least one of the tags which contain the ID request value, when a plurality of IDs collide, requesting the tags for a value representing a position of collision, and receiving the value representing the position of collision from the tags and identifying the IDs of the tags. Because collision pattern of the bits of respective IDs is recognized, and a plurality of IDs are recognized, the number of transmissions between the reader and the tags can be reduced.

Identification anti-collision method and radio frequency identification system using the same

A channel selection method for reading tag information, a channel selection apparatus of an RFID reader applying the same, and an RFID reader. A channel selection apparatus of a radio frequency identification (RFID) reader equipped within a wireless communication portable terminal, includes a channel selection unit which selects a channel to read tag information stored in an RFID tag, and a channel determination unit which, when determining that the selected channel is not used by another RFID reader, determines the selected channel to be a channel to read the tag information. Accordingly, when a plurality of RFID readers reads out the tag information from the RFID tag almost at the same time, the interference among them can be avoided.

Provided is a RFID tag with enhanced security. The tag includes a tag memory to store thereto pre-determined password information and tag data, an antenna to receive a tag data transmission request signal from an outer reader, and a tag controller to request the reader to transmit the password if the tag data transmission request signal is received, and then to transmit the tag data if the password received from the reader is identical with the pre-determined password. Accordingly, it can be prevented for a third-party, who does not know the password, to check the tag data.

RF-ID tag reading system for using password and method thereof

A wireless terminal and a radio frequency identification system for providing additional information and a method of providing additional information using the wireless terminal and the radio frequency identification system. The wireless terminal includes: a tag reader reading tag data from a radio frequency identification tag; a controller generating an additional information request signal with respect to the read tag data; and a communication network interface transmitting the additional information request signal through a communication network and receiving additional information with respect to the additional information request signal. Since the controller of the wireless terminal controls the radio frequency identification reader by optimally setting the information required for determining the time point for the radio frequency identification reader tag to respond, and utilizing the stored address of the additional information providing server, the additional information can be efficiently provided.

Wireless terminal and RFID system for providing additional information and a method for providing additional information using wireless terminal and RFID system

When a reader of a Radio Frequency Identification (RF-ID) system sends out a command signal to the RF-ID tag and receives a response signal from the RF-ID tag, an End of Signal (EOS) of the received response signal is detected such that the next command signal can be transmitted within a time. Accordingly, response signal can be detected even under the environment of poor signal to noise ratio performance, and the EOS of the response signal from the RF-ID tag can be recognized with ease and speed.
