The present invention relates to a power generation apparatus. A power generation apparatus including according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main chamber provided with a main space for the accommodation of water, and configured to accommodate water sucked through a suction pipe on the bottom surface thereof; a support part; an auxiliary chamber configured to receive water from the main chamber or to supply water to the main chamber; a pressure pump configured to generate pressure and thus discharge air in the main space out of the main chamber through a discharge pipe provided on the ceiling surface of the main chamber; a spout part configured to spout water, sucked by the pressure pump and accommodated in the main space, out of the main chamber; and a power generation part configured to generate electric power using the pressure of water spouted by the spout part.

The present invention relates to a power generation apparatus, and more particularly to a power generation apparatus that generates power by dropping collected water. A power generation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a chamber having an accommodation space for accommodating water, and configured to accommodate water introduced through an intake pipe disposed on the bottom surface thereof; a pressure pump configured to discharge the air of the accommodation space out of the chamber through a discharge pipe provided on the ceiling surface of the chamber by generating pressure; a spray unit provided on the side surface of the chamber, and configured to spray water, introduced by the pressure pump and accommodated in the accommodation space, out of the chamber; and a power generation unit configured to generate power using the pressure of water sprayed by the spray unit.

The preset invention relates to a high resolution mass spectrometry based novel bioinformatics platform for the identification of glycation proteins and advanced glycation end-product. Particularly, the bioinformatics platform of the present invention facilitates an efficient and accurate investigation of quantitative changes of glycation proteins and advanced glycation end-products which are included in various types of samples but had not been informed yet, and uses a high resolution mass spectrometry, and thereby can be effectively used for the prediction or diagnosis of a disease including cancer by examining a disease marker in a sample.

Mass spectrometry based bioinformatics platform for high-throughput identification of glycation proteins and advanced glycation end-products

The present invention relates to a bioinformation processing analysis method for the identification and quantification of O-linked glycopeptide using high resolution mass spectrum. Particularly, according to the bioinformation processing analysis method of the present invention, the quantitative changes of O-linked glycopeptide containing non-informed sugar chains included in various samples can be efficiently and accurately analyzed; the prediction or diagnosis of disease including cancer can be made easy by using a high resolution mass spectrometer; or the investigation of O-linked glycopeptide structure of a therapeutic glycoprotein can be efficiently achieved.

Bioinformatics platform for high-throughput identification and quantification of O-glycopeptide

The present invention relates to a diagnosis method of liver cancer using mass spectrometry of &#x3b1;-fetoprotein derived glycopeptide. Particularly, according to the AFP glycopeptide analysis method of the invention, fucosylation rate of the glycopeptide having the sequence composed of Val-Asn-Phe-Thr-Glu-Ile-Gln-Lys is analyzed to diagnose liver cancer in the early developmental grade. In particular, fucosylation rate is higher in the liver cancer patients than in other liver disease patients, so that the comparison of the fucosylation rate can be useful to diagnose or distinguish liver cancer from other liver diseases in the early HCC patients.

Diagnostic method of liver cancer using &#x3b1;-fetoprotein derived glycopeptides by mass spectrometry

Technical objective is to provide an in-pipe inspection robot for inspecting interior of a pipe, which can exert repulsive force to the pipe when the linear actuator is driven. To this purpose, the in-pipe inspection robot, which is moved inside the pipe to inspect the interior of the pipe, includes a linear actuator which is extendably and contractably driven, and a braking unit configured to fix a rear end of the linear actuator to an inner wall of the pipe and release a front end of the linear actuator from a fixed state, when the linear actuator is being extended, and release the rear end of the linear actuator from the fixed state and fix the front end of the linear actuator to the inner wall of the pipe, when the linear actuator is being contracted.

The present invention relates to a more efficient and accurate method for the identification and quantification of comparatively low abundant glycopeptides, compared with general peptides, using mass spectrum obtained by using high resolution mass spectrometer. The present invention relates to a method for phosphorylation site-specific labeling of phosphoproteome with a site-specific tagging reagent and analyzing of the resulting labeled one, more especially, a method for in-situ tagging of phosphorylation sites of phosphoproteins retained in polymeric gel with a nucleophilic tagging reagent. It also relates a method for generating new proteolytic cleavable sites at formerly phosphorylation sites by a proper choice of a nucleophilic tagging reagent. It also relates to a method for phosphopeptides analysis and phosphorylation site identification by in-gel digestion of the previously in-gel tagged proteins and subsequent mass analysis of the resulting peptides. The invention provides in-gel chemical tagging method for phosphoaminoacid residue of phosphoproteins retained in polymeric gel matrix. Phosphoprotein can be immobilized into gel matrix by a variety of methods such as gel electrophoresis. The immobilized phosphoproteins are retained in gel matrix during tagging reaction to phosphorylated aminoacid residue of phosphoproteins, and the resulting tagged proteins are also retained in gel matrix till following purification steps like washing of the tagging reagents are accomplished. The tagged proteins is digested by protease, and the resulting digested peptides is released from gel into solution and applied for peptide mass analysis.

Disclosed is a method of analyzing mass of the phosphoproteins or phosphopeptides and of analyzing phosphorylated positions at a phosphoprotein or phosphopeptide, comprising the steps of: 1) dephosphorylating at least one Ser and/or Thr residue of the phosphoprotein or phosphopeptide; 2) tagging the dephosphorylated amino acid residues with a tag having a R-L-G moiety wherein R is a nucleophilic functional group that selectively bind with dephosphorylated amino acid residues, G is selected from the group consisting of guanidine moiety or protected guanidine moiety such as a mono-N-protected guanidino group, a di-N,N'-protected guanidino group and an N&#x2032;-protected guanidino group, and L is a linker linking the R and the G; and 3) subjecting the tagged proteins or peptides to mass spectrometry. The method is capable of precisely analyzing mass of phosphoproteins of trace amounts as well as positions of phosphoryated amino acids.

A method of fabricating a liquid crystal display device is provided. An aluminum alloy layer and a copper metal layer are sequentially formed on a substrate. A photoresist pattern is formed on the copper metal layer and the copper metal layer and the underlying aluminum alloy layer are etched to form a gate line. A gate insulating layer, an amorphous silicon layer and an impurity-doped amorphous silicon layer are deposited and then etched to form a semiconductor layer. An aluminum alloy layer and a copper metal layer are sequentially formed and etched on the structure to form a data line, a source electrode and a drain electrode. A passivation layer is formed and a contact hole and a pad opening are formed in the passivation layer. A transparent conductive thin film is deposited on this structure.

A parallel acquisition system configured using a reference matched filter, thereby obtaining a superior acquisition performance and a high throughput as compared to conventional serial acquisition systems and conventional parallel acquisition systems including no reference matched filter. The parallel acquisition system includes a reference matched filter connected in parallel to a plurality of detection matched filters connected together in parallel. The reference matched filter serves to estimate a dispersion of interference components of reception signals respectively input at the detection matched filters. A guitar comprising a neck truss rod supporting construction capable of firmly coupling its elements, such as a fret board, a neck, a guitar body and a front board of the guitar body, with one another. The neck truss rod supporting construction includes a truss rod supporting member, an extension member providing a wide bonding area and a coupling member having a cross-sectional shape of a trapezoid rotated 90.degree. and engaged in a block of the guitar body in a dovetail manner. The extension member has upper walls extending transversely and defining recesses among them. The front board of guitar body also has an opening engaged with the upper walls of extension member in a fit manner. At upper surfaces of the truss rod supporting member and the extension member, a plurality of longitudinal shallow slots are formed to provide positive bonding surfaces. The truss rod support construction does not move relatively to the guitar body and the neck, so that any relative movement between the truss rod and the neck does not occur even when a variation in the moisture content of the wood material of the neck occurs. Moreover, there is no any phenomenons such as cracking or bowing of the neck.
