A fine particle separating apparatus includes a first filter having a first mesh, the first filter having a first section and a second section with the first mesh therebetween and rotatably mounted in the first filter part. A first flow path allows sludge to flow into the first filter, a second flow path allows an effluent from the first filter party to flow therein, and a third flow path is provided to discharge the effluent from the second flow path to the outside. At least a portion of the effluent flowing into the second flow path is provided to the first filter part in a fluid loop along a fourth flow path, and a fifth flow path is defined in the first section to allow the effluent from the fourth flow path to pass through the first filter part. A storage tank and a pump are also provided.

Fine particle separating apparatus

Disclosed herein is a particle separation apparatus. The particle separation apparatus includes: a bioreactor; a first flow path through which the sludge is discharged from the bioreactor; a first filter including a first mesh separating the granular microorganisms contained in the sludge according to size; a second flow path into which an effluent having passed through the first filter flows; a third flow path connected to the second flow path to discharge the effluent outside; a fourth flow path connected to one side of the second flow path and mounted on a surface of the first filter connected to a surface of the first filter with the second flow path mounted thereon; a fifth flow path through which the effluent having been discharged from the fourth flow path and passed through the first filter flows into the bioreactor; and a first pump creating a flow of the effluent.

Particle separation apparatus

For depolymerization of a cured epoxy resin material, used is a composition including a transition metal salt or a transition metal oxide containing a transition metal element (metal element that belongs to Groups 3-12 in the Periodic Table). In the reaction solvent, an oxidation occurs by the medium of the transition metal element so that the cured epoxy resin material may be depolymerized and decomposed. In this manner, it is possible to carry out depolymerization of a cured epoxy resin material at a temperature of 200&#xb0; C., specifically 100&#xb0; C. or lower very simply and rapidly, and to reduce the processing cost and energy requirement.

Composition and method for depolymerization of cured epoxy resin materials using transition metal salts

Disclosed is a method for preparing the same. The method for preparing a carrier including ammonium oxidizing bacteria immobilized therein includes: preparing a PVA-alginate mixed solution containing PVA mixed with alginate; adding sludge containing ammonium oxidizing bacteria and sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO) to the PVA-alginate mixed solution to obtain a foaming-beading solution; and dropping the foaming-beading solution to a saturated boric acid solution to obtain beads including sludge immobilized therein, wherein sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO) is decomposed to produce carbon dioxide (CO) which is discharged to the exterior of the beads to form pores in the beads, when the foaming-beading solution is dropped to the saturated boric acid solution to obtain beads including sludge immobilized therein.
