A touch sensing display device including a first substrate with a display unit, a second substrate disposed on the first substrate, a window cover disposed on the second substrate, and a touch force sensor. The touch force sensor includes a first electrode disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate or on a bottom surface of the first substrate, and a second electrode disposed under the first substrate.

An organic light emitting display device includes a display panel including pixels that includes an organic light emitting diode that emits light based on a driving current, a data driver providing a data signal to the pixels through a data line, a scan driver providing a scan signal to the pixels through a scan line, an emission control driver providing an emission control signal to the pixels through an emission control line, a first power provider providing a first high power voltage to the pixels through a first power providing line and a second power provider providing a second high power voltage to the pixels through a second power providing line and coupled to the first power provider. The second power provider includes a static current circuit that maintains the driving current having uniform value when the display panel is operated in a low frequency driving mode.

Organic light emitting display device and electronic device having the same

An organic light emitting display device includes a controller to control a first area and a second area of a display based on a predetermined condition. The controller simultaneously controls the pixels in the first area to display an image and controls the pixels in the second area to display light having a same gray scale value. The predetermined condition may be a user command or an operational condition, power mode, or status of a host device. The same gray scale value may be a lowest gray scale value in a predetermined range. The first and second areas may have different contours, and may be located at respective main and peripheral display locations of the host device.

A driver integrated circuit of a display apparatus generates a logic voltage in a power environment in which an analog voltage and a logic input/output voltage are irregularly inputted to the driver integrated circuit. The driver integrated circuit includes a first power generating unit that generates a first reference current and a first reference voltage based on the analog voltage, a second power generating unit that generates a second reference current and a second reference voltage based on the logic input/output voltage, and a logic voltage generating unit that generates a logic voltage in response to the first reference current and voltage or the second reference current and voltage according to an application order of the analog voltage and the logic input/output voltage.
