According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a computer program stored in a computer readable storage medium is disclosed. An active attentional sampling technology for accelerating background subtraction from input videos, more specifically, an active attentional sampling technology for accelerating background subtraction by removing background region from the input video and then applying foreground probability map and sampling mask according to temporal property, spatial property and frequency property of the input video in favor of the pixel-wise background subtraction algorithm is provided. The background subtraction is accomplished by generating active attentional sampling mask for input video and then processing each frame of the input video only for regions corresponding to the sampling mask, which renders the background subtraction be much accelerated. That is, the present invention successfully speeds up pixel-wise background subtraction methods approximately 6.6 times without deteriorating detection performance. Therefore, according to the present invention, real-time detection with full-HD video is successfully achieved through various conventional background subtraction algorithms.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for plasma ion implantation of a solid element, which enable plasma ion implantation of a solid element. According to the apparatus and method, a sample is placed on a sample stage in a vacuum chamber, and the inside of the vacuum chamber is maintained as a vacuum state. And, gas is supplied in the vacuum chamber, a first pulsed DC power is applied to a magnetron sputtering source so as to generate plasma ions of a solid element. The plasma ions of a solid element sputtered from the source are implanted on the surface of the sample. The first power is a pulse DC power capable of applying a high power the moment a pulse is applied while maintaining low average power. And, simultaneously with the applying of the first pulse power, a second power may be supplied to the sample stage, which is a high negative voltage pulse accelerating plasma ions of a solid element to the sample and synchronized to the pulse DC power for magnetron sputtering source. And, inductively coupled plasma may be generated in the vacuum chamber via antenna so as to increase ionization rate of a solid element and lower operation pressure of magnetron sputtering source.

In a touch panel and a display apparatus having the touch panel, the touch panel includes a plurality of sensor lines, a plurality of sensor switches, a line selecting unit and a sensor resistor section. The sensor switches are electrically connected to the sensor lines, respectively, and apply sensing signals to the sensor lines, respectively, when a touch event occurs. The line selecting unit is electrically connected to end portions of the sensor lines and sequentially outputs the sensing signals transferred through the sensor lines. The sensor resistor section includes a first end electrically connected to the sensor lines, respectively, and a second end opposite to the first end. The second end receives a driving direct current (DC) voltage. Therefore, the touch panel may have an improved ability to detect touch events.
