A work vehicle having a plurality of working modes allowing working in accordance with a load state includes an engine, an exhaust gas purification apparatus, a reducing agent tank, a state determination portion, and an engine control unit. The exhaust gas purification apparatus purifies a nitrogen oxide in an exhaust gas. The reducing agent tank stores a reducing agent. The state determination portion determines a state of the reducing agent. The engine control unit controls output of the engine with the use of a restricted-operation engine output torque curve in which horsepower output from the engine is lower than horsepower output from the engine at the time when each of the plurality of working modes is selected, when a state of the reducing agent is equal to or lower than a reference value.

Work vehicle

A work vehicle includes a vehicle body, a guiding pipe, a first heating section, and a second heating section. The vehicle body has a partition wall that partitions a space in an inner section into a first region and a second region. The guiding pipe is configured to guide a reducing agent. The guiding pipe has a first pipe section and a second pipe section. The first pipe section is positioned inside the first region. The second pipe section is positioned in the second region. The first heating section heats the first pipe section. The second heating section heats the second pipe section and adjusts the temperature independently from the first heating section.

A work vehicle includes an engine, an injector injecting a reducing agent to an exhaust gas exhausted from the engine, a determination portion determining whether or not a temperature of the injector is high, a stop determination portion determining whether or not the engine has stopped while the injector is in a high-temperature state as a result of determination by the determination portion, a counter counting the number of times of stop of the engine while the injector is in the high-temperature state based on a result of determination by the stop determination portion, and a warning portion giving a warning in connection with stop of the engine when a count value of the counter exceeds a first prescribed value.

A work vehicle includes an engine, an idling stop execution portion, a determination portion, a counting portion, and an idling stop time period adjustment portion. The engine can rotate in a first idling state and a second idling state in which the engine rotates at the number of rotations higher than a prescribed number of rotations. The idling stop execution portion performs an idling stop operation for stopping the engine. The determination portion determines whether or not stop has been made from the second idling state. The counting portion counts the number of times of stop of the engine from the second idling state. An idling stop time period adjustment portion makes a prescribed time period of the second idling state longer than a current time period, when the number of times of stop of the engine is equal to or greater than the prescribed number of times.

A lock valve switching section switches a lock valve from a locked state to a released state when a lock member is switched from a locked position to a release position. An erroneous operation monitoring section maintains the lock valve in the released state when the pilot pressure is equal to or more than a predetermined pressure when elapsed time, which is from a point in time where the lock member is switched from the locked position to the release position, is equal to or more than the predetermined time. The erroneous operation monitoring section switches the lock valve to the locked state when the pilot pressure is equal to or more than the predetermined pressure when the elapsed time is less than the predetermined time.

A plurality of on-board controllers are provided within a construction machine. The plurality of on-board controllers are connected with freedom to communicate with each other by means of a serial communications line allowing communications in accordance with a predetermined communications protocol. Also, an information management controller which manages information about the inside of the construction machine is provided. Further, a monitoring station which mmanages information relating to at least one construction machine including the construction machine is provided on the outside of the construction machine. Also, the serial communications line inside the construction machine and the monitoring station are connected with freedom to communicate with each other via the information management controller. Data acquired by the plurality of on-board controllers is gathered, processed and stored by the information management controller, and the stored data is sent to the monitoring station. In this way, detailed information obtained by collating data gathered by each of the different controllers in the construction machine can be easily acquired without the need for complicated communications processing.
