The networking method includes: sending response information about available communication modes between a network access node and a to-be-connected node to the network access node, where the available communication modes are divided into a plurality of sets, and modes in each of the sets are incompatible with each other, and modes in different sets are compatible with each other; and locking an optimal mode, selected from each of the sets based on the response information, as handshake information between the two nodes when a preset negotiation result is met, such that the network access node reports corresponding routing information, and a root node updates networking routing information.

An apparatus for estimating a condition of a battery includes a mode identifying unit configured to identify a usage mode of the battery during a period of time and its corresponding attenuation curve, according to recorded data on battery usage, stored usage modes of the battery and attenuation curves corresponding to the various usage modes, the attenuation curve representing a change of a fully charged capacity of the battery with battery usage; and a condition estimating unit configured to calculate battery degradation according to the recorded data, the identified usage mode and its corresponding attenuation curve, the degradation representing a quantity of the fully charged capacity of the battery that is reduced over the battery usage. The condition of the battery is estimated so as to rationally judge the residual value of the battery in operation.

A method, a device and a computer program product for abnormal air pollution emission prediction are proposed. In the method, a first set of features characterizing air condition in a zone is obtained. Whether the zone is subject to abnormal air pollution emission in a future first time period is determined based on the first set of features and using a first prediction classifier. In response to determining that the zone is subject to abnormal air pollution emission in the first time period, a second set of features characterizing air condition in the zone is obtained. A future second time period in which the zone is subject to abnormal air pollution emission is determined based on the second set of features and using a second prediction classifier. The second time period is included in the first time period. In this way, the abnormal air pollution emission in the zone can be accurately and efficiently predicted.

An abnormal area is detected using an initial spatial weights matrix between pairs of air quality sensors in a plurality of air quality sensors distributed across a geographical area and air quality data for each air quality sensor. The spatial weights matrix utilizes a distance between pairs of air quality sensors and wind direction through the geographical area. The initial spatial weights matrix and air quality data are used to calculate a plurality of local moran's indexes, one for each air quality sensor. The plurality of local moran's indexes are used to divide the plurality of air quality sensors into four groups. The groups are classified as proper or improper, and the proper groups are identified as abnormal areas.

In one embodiment, the techniques involve determining, via a first machine learning model, a first and second data based on a respective first and second raw data obtained from a plurality of sensors, determining, based on a deviation between the first data and the second data, an inaccuracy of the first data, identifying an ambient situation corresponding to the first raw data and the second raw data, selecting, from historical raw data of the plurality of sensors, a group of raw data corresponding to the ambient situation, and correcting, via a second machine learning model, the first data based on the selected group of raw data.

The inverter amplifiers () and () respectively have a first feedback control terminal and a second feedback control terminal. Input terminals of the common-mode feedback control circuit are respectively connected with output terminals of the inverter amplifier () and (), and are configured to detect common-mode output voltages of the inverter amplifier () and (). An output terminal of the common-mode feedback control circuit is connected with the first feedback control terminal and the second feedback control terminal, and is configured to generate common-mode feedback to the inverter amplifiers () and () to maintain a stable common mode output level.

The service transaction data and the QMS data is integrated with the cost and profit data providing a unified objective function. Stochastic service processes and customer behavior data are modeled. The unified objective function is evaluated using the stochastic service processes and customer behavior data model, and the service channel function of the service outlet is reconfigured using the unified objective function.

Method and apparatus for optimal service channel reconfiguration based on multi-agent simulation

A system and method of determining at least one location for a retail outlet in a region are described. The system and method use clustering technology for partitioning the region into a fixed number of sub-regions. Then, the system and method compute marginal increments from input data for each sub-region. The system and method choose a sub-region having a maximal marginal increment for a location of a first retail outlet.

The present invention provides a method for reducing reagent usage, comprising the steps of providing a retainer, at least one group of loopholes being provided on the sidewalls of the retainer; providing a colorimetric glass, adapted to be inserted into the retainer, for receiving the first reagent to be observed through said loopholes; providing a cap, for capping the colorimetric glass and the retainer into a whole, after the colorimetric glass being inserted into the retainer. The present invention mainly uses a reagent tube with a retainer having a new structure, a colorimetric glass and a cap, storing the first reagent only in the colorimetric glass, and the volume of the colorimetric glass is far less than that of the current reagent tube, thus the usage of the reagents can be reduced effectively.
