In an embodiment, a receptacle for hydrogen charging of a fuel cell vehicle capable of reliably maintaining seal with a charging nozzle during rapid hydrogen charging, wherein the receptacle includes a body including a nozzle insertion portion configured for a nozzle tip of the charging nozzle to be inserted therein, a filter space portion having installed therein a filter, and a passage space portion provided between the nozzle insertion portion and the filter space portion; and a sealing device having a spring and seal member, configured to seal between a tip end portion of the nozzle tip and an inner side surface of an extended space portion by being installed in the extended space portion extended in a radial direction centered on the tip end portion of the nozzle tip which has passed through the nozzle insertion portion and entered the passage space portion.

Receptacle for hydrogen charging of fuel cell vehicle

A hydrogen storage system includes: a first hydrogen tank provided in a fuel cell electric vehicle; a second hydrogen tank provided in the fuel cell electric vehicle and configured to store hydrogen independently of the first hydrogen tank; a manifold provided in the fuel cell electric vehicle and connected to the first hydrogen tank and the second hydrogen tank; a hydrogen supply line configured to connect the manifold and a fuel cell stack provided in the fuel cell electric vehicle; and a flow rate adjusting valve configured to adjust a flow rate of the hydrogen to be supplied to the manifold from at least one of the first hydrogen tank or the second hydrogen tank in accordance with a difference in pressure between the first hydrogen tank and the second hydrogen tank, so as to minimize a difference in pressure between the hydrogen tanks to improve safety and reliability.

The present disclosure relates to a hydrogen filling system that includes a receptacle that is provided in a fuel cell electric vehicle and to which a fueling nozzle that dispenses hydrogen is connected, a manifold connected with a hydrogen tank provided in the fuel cell electric vehicle, a hydrogen filling line that connects the receptacle and the manifold, a hydrogen supply line that connects a fuel cell stack provided in the fuel cell electric vehicle and the manifold, and a buffer line that is connected to the hydrogen supply line and that heats the receptacle using heat of compression by the hydrogen that is supplied into the hydrogen supply line during filling of the hydrogen tank with the hydrogen. The present disclosure may obtain advantageous effects of suppressing freezing of the receptacle and improving safety and reliability.

A membrane humidifier includes buffering and spacing structures each interposed between adjacent hollow fiber membranes of a plurality of hollow fiber membranes arranged in a housing of the membrane humidifier, wherein the buffering and spacing structures buffer a pressure of air supplied from an air blower and maintain a spacing between the adjacent hollow fiber membranes.

Membrane humidifier for fuel cell

An apparatus that efficiently supplies air to a fuel cell within a vehicle. In particular, a compressor compresses air and supplies a first portion of the compressed air to an evaporator and a second portion to a heat exchanger. A drain valve also discharges condensate water from a fuel cell to the evaporator so that the evaporator receives some of both the compressed air and the condensate water and supplies air humidified by evaporation of the condensate water directly to the fuel cell. A heat exchanger also receives some of the compressed air, transfers heat from the received compressed air to the evaporator, and discharges cooled air to a humidifier. The humidifier receives and humidifies the cooled air and supplies the humidified air to the fuel cell.

Apparatus for supplying air of fuel cell vehicle

In preferred aspect, the present invention features a membrane humidifier for a fuel cell which can control the amount of air flow and the amount of humidification based on the amount of water produced in a fuel cell stack according to a power level of the fuel cell stack while humidifying dry air and supplying humidified air to the fuel cell stack.
