A compressor is provided in which a rotary member suspended on a stationary member is rotated to compress a refrigerant. As the rotary member is suspended on a first stationary member and rotatably supported on a second stationary member spaced apart from the first stationary member, components can be easily centered and assembled with structural stability. In addition, oil stored in a hermetic container is supplied to a lubrication passage provided between the rotary member and the stationary member. This reduces friction loss between the components and achieves operational reliability. Moreover, the oil is easily introduced into a vane mounting hole in which a vane is linearly reciprocated. This reduces friction and abrasion of the vane and improves the operational reliability.

Compressor

A compressor is provided that eliminates sliding contacts between a cylinder and a roller to minimize mixing of lubricating oil into a refrigerant. The compressor includes a hermetic container that stores the lubricating oil at a lower portion thereof; a stator mounted within the hermetic container; a cylinder type rotor that rotates within the stator by a rotating electromagnetic field of the stator and defines a compression chamber therein; a roller that rotates and compresses the refrigerant by a rotational force transferred from the rotor; a rotational shaft integrally formed with the roller; a vane that divides the compression chamber into suction and compression regions and transfers the rotational force to the roller; and oil feed passages provided in the rotational shaft and the roller to feed the lubricating oil to areas where two or more members are slidingly engaged with one another within the compression chamber.

A compressor is provided that includes a stator, a cylinder type rotor rotated within the stator by a rotating electromagnetic field of the stator and that defines a compression chamber inside, a roller that rotates within the compression chamber of the cylinder type rotor by a rotational force transferred from the rotor and compresses a refrigerant during rotation, a rotational shaft integrally formed with the roller and that protrudes from one side of the roller in an axial direction, a vane that divides the compression chamber into a suction region and a compression region, and transfers the rotational force from the cylinder type rotor to the roller, and a shaft cover and a cover joined to the cylinder type rotor in an axial direction that form the compression chamber in which the refrigerant is compressed. The shaft cover includes a suction port through which the refrigerant is sucked, and the cover receives the rotational shaft therethrough.

A compressor is provided in which a rotary member suspended on a stationary member is rotated to compress a refrigerant. The rotary member is suspended on a first stationary member and rotatably supported on a second stationary member spaced apart from the first stationary member, to thereby achieve structural stability, improve operation reliability, and reduce vibration. The components can be easily centered and assembled with an excellent assembly property. In addition, a mounting structure of an elastically-supported vane is improved to ensure lubrication performance and operation reliability. Moreover, a mounting structure of a roller-incorporated vane is improved to reduce vibration and prevent refrigerant leakage, which leads to high compression efficiency.

A rotary compressor is provided that includes an electric motor that supplies electric power and a compression mechanism that compresses a refrigerant while first and second rotary members rotate upon receipt of the electric power from the electric motor. More particularly, the compressor has a compact design by forming a compression space within the compressor by a rotor of the electric motor that drives the compressor, maximizes compression efficiency by minimizing friction loss between rotating elements within the compressor, and has a structure that minimizes leakage of the refrigerant within the compression space.

A compressor is provided that includes a stator, a cylinder type rotor rotated within the stator by a rotating electromagnetic field of the stator and that defines a compression chamber inside, a roller that rotates within the compression chamber of the cylinder type rotor by a rotational force transferred from the rotor and compresses a refrigerant during rotation, a vane that divides the compression chamber into a suction region, into which the refrigerant is sucked, and a compression region, in which the refrigerant is compressed and discharged from, and transfers the rotational force from the cylinder type rotor to the roller, an axis of rotation that integrally extends from the roller in an axial direction, and a suction passage, through which the refrigerant is sucked into the compression chamber, through the axis of rotation and the roller.

A compressor is provided in which a rotary member is suspended on a stationary member and rotates to compress a refrigerant. In the stationary member, top and bottom ends of a stationary shaft are fixed to improve structural stability and assembly properties. Bearing covers are provided on a contact portion of the stationary member and the rotary member, such that the rotary member may rotate when suspended on the stationary member, which stabilizes operation. In the rotary member, a vane is integrally formed with a roller and mounted on a vane mounting hole of a cylinder-type rotor. Although, the rotary member is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the stationary member, suction and discharge operations of the refrigerant are performed in an axial direction, which lowers product height. Oil stored in a hermetic container is supplied to a lubrication passage provided between the stationary member and the rotary member.

A compressor is provided that includes a hermetically sealed container; a stator fixedly installed within the hermetically sealed container; a first rotary member that rotates, within the stator, around a first rotary shaft that extends concentrically with a center of the stator by a rotating electromagnetic field of the stator, and including first and second covers fixed to upper and lower parts thereof, respectively; a second rotary member that compresses a refrigerant in a compression space formed between the first and second rotary members while rotating, within the first rotary member, around a second rotary shaft; a vane that transmits the rotational force to the second rotary member from the first rotary member, and partitions the compression space into suction and compression regions; and first and second bearings fixed inside of the hermetically sealed container that rotatably support the first and second rotary members in an axial direction.
