The present disclosure provides a particle analyzer and a particle test control method and device thereof. A method comprises, acquiring a blood sample in a test location; preparing a diluted sample by the acquired sample; after acquiring a diluted sample, monitoring whether a pore blocking event occurs during a counting process; when the pore blocking event occurs, suspending the test of the sample, and performing an unblocking operation; and after the unblocking operation is completed, re-counting the same diluted sample without re-acquiring and re-diluting the blood sample by the impedance method after the unblocking operation.

A sampling assembly, including a sampling needle, a first pipeline, a second pipeline, a driving member, a first switching member, and a second switching member, is disclosed. The first pipeline is connected between the sampling needle and the first switching member. The second pipeline is connected between the first switching member and the driving member. The first switching member is used for connecting or disconnecting the first pipeline and the second pipeline. The second pipeline is connected, by means of the second switching member, to a negative pressure source. The sampling time of the sampling assembly of the present disclosure is relatively short. A sample testing device, a sample testing method, and a sample analyze are provided. The sample testing device includes a pipeline assembly, a testing assembly, and a reaction assembly. The pipeline assembly includes a first pipeline and a second pipeline. The testing assembly includes a sample needle which includes a first connection point. The reaction assembly includes a first reaction cell group connected to a second connection point of the first pipeline and a second reaction cell group which communicates with the second pipeline, and the reaction assembly is configured to treat a biological sample to prepare a test liquid. A test liquid in the first reaction cell group flows to the first connection point via the second connection point of the first pipeline, and a test liquid in the second reaction cell group flows to the first connection point via the second pipeline.

A liquid phase analysis device includes a first fluid supply system for driving a first fluid or a sample to be detected, a second fluid supply system for driving a second fluid, an injection valve connected to the second fluid supply system and the first fluid supply system, a chromatographic column connected to the injection valve, and a detector connected to the chromatographic column, wherein the chromatographic column is used for isolating components in the sample to be detected; the detector is used for detecting the components, isolated by the chromatographic column, in the sample to be detected; the injection valve is used for switching a flow path so as to communicate flow paths of the first fluid supply system and second fluid supply system with a flow path of the chromatographic column. The liquid phase analysis device simplifies the complexity of a system, thereby reducing the costs of implementation.

A particle analyzer may include a sampling unit configured to collect samples containing particles; a sample preparing unit configured to prepare different sub-samples; a reaction unit configured to incubate the sub-samples and one or more corresponding reagents respectively and provide them to the injecting unit; an injecting unit configured to inject the sub-samples to the optical unit; an optical unit configured to irradiate the sub-samples to obtain particle information; a processing unit configured to process and output the particle information; and a threshold value unit configured to compare a total number of particles with a pre-determined threshold value and to output a result of the comparison to the injecting unit to control subsequent injection of one or more sub-samples.
