The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism marker for precocious puberty diagnosis or treatment prognosis prediction for the disease, and a use thereof. In the present invention, the DNA of 700 girl patients of precocious puberty is processed on a microarray chip containing a total of 8,754,887 SNP probes so that SNP genotype data is obtained, and 23 SNPs related to the risk of developing precocious puberty are discovered by means of genome-wide association analysis so that the SNPs can be used for precocious puberty diagnosis or treatment prognosis prediction, early diagnosis of precocious puberty can be conveniently and rapidly carried out, and the prediction of treatment effects and prognosis can be carried, and thus the present invention can be effectively used in a personalized treatment.

Provided is a digital transmitting module included in a host device connectable to a client device. Provided is a digital transmitting module included in a host device connectable to a client device. The digital receiving module may include: an inpulse extractor which receives a voltage pulse from the host device and generates an inpulse signal by referring to an inpulse component of the voltage pulse; a voltage decoder which decodes a digital bit by referring to the inpulse signal; and a clock synchronizer which generates a clock synchronized with a clock signal of the host device by referring to the inpulse component existing in each cycle of the inpulse signal.

Disclosed is a host communication module, which is provided in a host device that can be connected to a slave device, including: a host power communication unit, in a transmission mode, receiving a power voltage for driving an active slave device from the host device and allowing the host device and the active slave device to perform power communication using the power voltage, and in a reception mode, receiving a power pulse from the active slave device and allowing the host device and the active slave device to perform power communication using the power pulse and a terminal connection unit transmitting or receiving the power pulse to or from the active slave device via a microphone jack provided in the host device.
