The organic metal compound has a chemical structure represented by Formula (I) or Formula (II): wherein, Ris hydrogen, Calkyl, Calkoxy, amine, Calkenyl, Calkynyl, Ccycloalkyl, Cheteroaryl, or Caryl; R, R, R, and Rcan be hydrogen, halogen, Calkyl, Calkoxy, Cfluoroalkyl; Rand Rare independent and can be Calkyl, or phenyl; R, R, R, R, R, R, R, and Rcan be hydrogen, halogen, Calkyl, Cfluoroalkyl, or two adjacent groups of R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, Rand Rare optionally combined with the carbon atoms which they are attached to, to form a cycloalkyl group, or aryl; m is 1 or 2; and, n is 0 or 1.

The carbazole derivative has formula (I): In formula (I), Ar1 and Ar2 are, independently, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, naphthalenyl or heteroaryl containing nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur, and R is hydrogen, methyl or t-butyl. In another embodiment, an organic light emitting diode including the carbazole derivative is provided.
