A display device includes a base layer, a pixel circuit layer on the base layer, the pixel circuit layer including a pixel circuit, and a light emitting layer on the pixel circuit layer, the light emitting layer including a light emitting element electrically connected to the pixel circuit, wherein the pixel circuit layer includes: a lower transistor on the base layer, the lower transistor including a silicon semiconductor, an upper transistor on the lower transistor, the upper transistor including an oxide semiconductor, and an intermediate conductive layer between the lower transistor and the upper transistor, and wherein the intermediate conductive layer includes a data line and a first power line, each of which is electrically connected to the pixel circuit.

A display device according to some embodiments includes a substrate, a first power line extending in a first direction on the substrate, and configured to transmit a first alignment signal or a first driving voltage, a second power line extending in the first direction on the substrate, and configured to transmit a second alignment signal or a second driving voltage, a first electrode extending in a second direction that is substantially perpendicular to the first direction, configured to receive the first alignment signal or the first driving voltage, and electrically connected to the first power line, a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode, extending in the second direction, configured to receive the second alignment signal or the second driving voltage, and electrically connected to the second power line, and a light emitting element between the first electrode and the second electrode.

Display device

A display device may include a substrate including pixels; a first bank that defines an emission area of the pixels; a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from each other in the emission area; a first insulating layer disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode; light emitting elements disposed on the first insulating layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; a second insulating layer disposed on the first bank; a first opening passing through the first insulating layer; and a second opening passing through the second insulating layer. The first opening and the second opening may overlap the first bank.

A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include pixels including a first pixel and a second pixel sequentially arranged in a display area along a first direction, each of the first pixel and the second pixel including sub pixels arranged along a second direction corresponding to emission areas, and a first power line and a second power line connected to the pixels. Each of the sub pixels may include a light emitting element, a first electrode connected between the light emitting element and the first power line, and a second electrode connected between the light emitting element and the second power line. The second electrodes of the sub pixels of the first and second pixels may be integrally connected to each other to configure an integrated electrode, and may be commonly connected to the second power line through a first contact portion.
