A rendered image is generated from a semiconductor device design file. The rendered image is segmented based on a grey level of the rendered image. Care areas are determined based on the segmenting. Defect inspection is performed in the care areas. This process can be performed on a wafer inspection tool that uses photon optics or electron beam optics.

The present disclosure may provide a magnetic resonance (MR) system. The MR system may include a magnet assembly, a gradient coil assembly, and a shim assembly. The magnet assembly may be configured to generate a main magnetic field. The magnet assembly may include a magnet and a cryostat configured to cool the magnet located inside the cryostat. The cryostat may form a bore. The gradient coil assembly may be configured to generate a gradient magnetic field. The gradient coil assembly may be located inside the bore. The shim assembly may be configured to at least partially shield a stray field which is generated by the gradient coil assembly and to which the magnet is subjected. The shim assembly may be located outside the gradient coil assembly.

Magnetic resonance system

A superconducting magnet may include magnet coils including at least one group of outer coils and at least one group of inner coils, a container including an accommodating space, at least one first chamber that is disposed within the accommodating space and houses the at least one group of the inner coils, and at least one second chamber that is disposed within the accommodating space and houses the at least one group of the outer coils. The at least one first chamber and the at least one second chamber may be configured to be filled with a cooling medium and are in fluid communication with each other. The cooling medium may be configured to cool the magnet coils to a superconducting state.

A superconducting magnet assembly may include a switch component including a first thermal switch and/or a second thermal switch. The first thermal switch may include a first activation mode configured to facilitate heat transfer between a first stage cold head and a radiation shield, and a first deactivation mode configured to break or impede the heat transfer between the first stage cold head and the radiation shield. The second thermal switch may include a second activation mode configured to facilitate heat transfer between a second stage cold head and a superconducting magnet, and a second deactivation mode configured to break or impede the heat transfer between the second stage cold head and the superconducting magnet.

Superconducting magnet assembly

Systems, apparatuses, and methods for the transit of a superconducting magnet are provided. The apparatuses may include a compressor configured to compress a cryogen after the cryogen cools a superconducting magnet in the transit of the superconducting magnet. The compressed cryogen may be used to cool the superconducting magnet. The apparatuses may also include a power supply device configured to provide power to the compressor and a thermal management system configured to in thermal communication with the compressor. The apparatuses may further include a container configured to accommodate at least one of the compressor, the thermal management system, and the power supply device.

The displacer may also include a displacer cavity that may be vacuum or contain a cryogen or another substance.

A test and measurement instrument having a signal generator circuit and a waveform monitor circuit for monitoring a waveform received at a device under test (DUT). The signal generator circuit generates a waveform based on an input from a user, while the waveform monitor circuit sends captured signals to a processor to determine a waveform received at the DUT. The waveform monitor captures a signal at a first test point and a second test point, via a switch, and the processor receives the captured signals and using linear equations determines both an incident waveform and a reflected waveform from the DUT.

An integrated controller for motion control and motor control comprises a first processor, a second processor, a cache and a shared memory. The first processor is configured to run an operating system and at least perform motion control. The second processor is configured to at least perform motor control and normally not run the operating system. The cache is coupled to the first processor and the second processor. The shared memory maps onto the cache. The first processor and the second processor are configured to share the shared memory and accordingly perform data transmission via the cache during the periods of motion control and motor control. The first processor, the second processor and the cache are integrated in a same chip.
