The present disclosure provides for characterization of normal flora and identifying biomarkers in the gut of healthy, neurotypical subjects. Microbiome markers and therapies for autism spectrum disorders

Cancer patients make antibodies to tumor-derived proteins that are potential biomarkers for early detection.
