The display device comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from and arranged to face the first electrode; a first insulating layer arranged to cover at least a partial region of the first and second electrodes; a shielding electrode layer which is arranged on the first insulating layer and which does not overlap at least a portion of the first and second electrodes; and at least one light-emitting element arranged between the first and second electrodes so as to be spaced apart from the shielding electrode layer, wherein the at least one light-emitting element can be arranged in a region in which the shielding electrode layer does not overlap the first and second electrodes.
