A load support apparatus for a lumbar support assembly is proposed, in which reinforcing ribs are arranged on a lateral surface and a front surface of a concave portion, the load support apparatus maintaining bearing power for supporting an occupant and having a reduced weight. The load support apparatus includes a main support unit including a main plate formed in the shape of a plate, a concave portion formed by one portion of the main plate protruding backward, with a groove being formed in front of the concave portion, and a rib portion formed by protruding from the main plate toward the groove or backward from the main plate.

Load support apparatus for lumbar support assembly

Proposed is a support driver for a seat and a support assembly including the same. The support driver is configured to operate within a limited space while supporting an occupant comfortably and safely. The support assembly has a structure in which the links push the central portion of the cushion in close contact therewith while remaining in intersection with each other. A support driver for a seat and a support assembly including the same that is using a tube and a structure of a mat that is moved by an inflation and a deflation of the tube. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the support driver coupled to a seat frame includes: a support portion coupled to the seat frame; a tube coupled to the support portion; and a mat coupled to the support portion so as to allow the mat to be movable in a direction that is away from the support portion or in a direction that is adjacent to the support portion, with the tube being provided therebetween, in which the tube is configured to push the mat by being inflated according to an operation of a pump that is connected to the tube by a hose.

Proposed is a lumbar support assembly having an air bladder and components for operating the air bladder and facilitating the assembly and maintenance thereof. The lumbar support assembly includes: a suspension mat having a first hole formed at the inner side thereof, and having a second hole formed at one edge thereof; an air bladder having a first clip hole, which is formed at one edge thereof and overlaps with the first hole; a pouch including a pump and having a second clip hole, which is formed at one edge thereof and overlaps with the second hole; a fixing clip that can be mounted in the first clip hole or the second clip hole; and an electronic valve which has a first tube connected to the air bladder and a second tube connected to the pump and which is coupled to the rear surface of the suspension mat.

Lumbar support assembly

The disclosure relates to a lumbar support assembly, wherein the inclination of a mat is controlled by upward and downward movement of a single nut, thereby making it possible to reducing weight and manufacturing cost of the assembly. According to one embodiment of disclosed herein, a lumbar support assembly includes: a mat having opposite sides that are rotatably connected to opposite sides of a seat frame, respectively; a driving unit coupled to the mat, and including a nut that is configured to be moved upward and downward; and a tension unit having first and second sides that are respectively coupled to the first and second sides of the seat frame, and coupled to the nut while surrounding a rear portion of the mat, wherein the nut allows the mat to be moved frontward or rearward by pulling or loosening the tension unit according to direction of movement.

A lumbar support assembly disposed on a seat back frame within a vehicle seat and configured to support the back and waist regions of a passenger may include a fixing wire configured to be disposed on the seat back frame, a comfort mat provided with an upper end disposed on a cross wire combined with an upper end of the fixing wire so as to be rotatable and configured to support the back and waist regions of the passenger, a rotating device disposed on the fixing wire and rotating a lower end of the comfort mat toward the back region of the passenger, and an operating device disposed on the fixing wire and transforming the rotating device to protrude toward the comfort mat.
