An objective is to provide a management apparatus, a management method, and a management program that can eliminate interference without involving complicated control between cells. If interference is occurring between a first RU (Radio Unit) connected to a first virtualized DU (vDU: virtualized Distributed Unit) and a second RU connected to a second vDU different from the first vDU, a connection destination determination unit () determines a connection destination vDU to which the first RU and the second RU are to be connected, so that the first RU and the second RU in which the interference is occurring are connected to the same vDU.
