A magnetic field measuring apparatus according to an example embodiment includes: an external container; an internal container storing a liquid refrigerant, disposed inside the external container, and including a neck portion having a first diameter and a body portion having a second diameter greater than the first diameter, wherein a space between the internal container and the external container is maintained in a vacuum state; a SQUID sensor module mounting plate disposed below the internal container; a plurality of SQUID sensor modules mounted below the SQUID sensor module mounting plate; and a 4K heat shielding portion formed of a conductive mesh disposed to surround the SQUID sensor module mounting plate and the plurality of SQUID sensor modules.

The ultra-low-field nuclear-magnetic-resonance device includes magnetic shielding room; a high-sensitivity magnetic field sensor disposed adjacent to a measurement target disposed inside the magnetic shielding room; and a bias magnetic field generating coil for providing an external measurement bias magnetic field, corresponding to a proton magnetic resonance frequency (nuclear magnetic resonance frequency) corresponding to a frequency of periodic myocardial activity of a lesion desired to be measured, to the measurement target. The high-sensitivity magnetic field sensor measures a magnetic resonance signal generated from the measurement target.

Provided are a low-temperature cooling apparatus and a superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) sensor module. The low-temperature cooling apparatus includes an outer container; an inner container disposed inside the outer container, the inner container including a neck portion having a first diameter and a body portion having a second diameter greater than the first diameter; an insert inserted into the neck portion of the inner container; and a plurality of SQUID sensor modules inserted into the body portion of the inner container. Each of the SQUID sensor modules is in the form of a fan-shaped pillar and is fixedly coupled with an inner bottom plate of the inner container.

Low-temperature cooling apparatus and superconducting quantum interference device sensor module

An apparatus and a method for indirectly cooling a superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) are provided. The apparatus includes an outer container extending in a vertical direction; a metallic inner container inserted into the outer container to store a liquid coolant, the metal inner container including a top plate; a SQUID sensor module disposed between a bottom surface of the outer container and a bottom surface of the inner container; a heat transfer pillar adapted to cool the SQUID sensor module, the heat transfer pillar having one end connected to the bottom surface of the inner container and the other end directly or indirectly connected to the SQUID sensor module; a magnetic shield part formed of a superconductor covering a top surface of the SQUID sensor module; and a heat conduction plate being in thermal contact with the other end of the heat transfer pillar.

Apparatus and method for indirectly cooling superconducting quantum interference device

Provided is signal processing device including superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) sensors configured to sense a signal for each of a plurality of channels, analog to digital converters (ADC) configured to convert analog signals input to a predetermined number of channels from the SQUID sensors into digital signals by using a clock signal, local oscillators corresponding to the ADCs, respectively and configured to generate the clock signal having a reference clock frequency for an operation of a corresponding ADC, and a controller configured to the local oscillators to enable the reference clock frequency to have a frequency beyond a frequency range available to the SQUID sensor.

A nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus includes a dewar containing a low-temperature liquid refrigerant, a prepolarization coil disposed inside the dewar and including a superconducting wire, a prepolarization coil driving unit for intermittent application of current to the prepolarization coil in a capacitor charge/discharge method to generate a prepolarization magnetic field, a sensor unit for measuring a nuclear magnetic resonance signal from a sample to which a prepolarization magnetic field is applied with the prepolarization coil, and a readout magnetic field generation unit for applying a readout magnetic field to the sample.

Nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus

A reference-current optimizing apparatus of a Reference Junction Double Relaxation Oscillation SQUID (RJ-DROS) with a signal SQUID and a reference junction for detecting a magnetic flux signal is provided. The reference-current optimizing apparatus includes a voltage controller for converting a digital signal into an output voltage; a buffer for receiving the output voltage and preventing a current generated in the RJ-DROS from flowing inversely into the reference-current optimizing apparatus; a low-pass filter for eliminating a noise mixed in an output voltage of the buffer; and a resistor for converting an output voltage of the low-pass filter into a current and providing both ends of the reference junction with the current. Reference current optimizing apparatus for controlling magnetic flux-voltage conversion characteristic of double relaxation oscillation squid

The present invention relates to a method of controlling the characteristics of a double relaxation oscillation SQUID having a reference junction. In the method of controlling characteristics of a reference junction-type double relaxation oscillation SQUID (RJ-DROS) having a signal SQUID and a reference junction, a reference DC current flows through the reference junction in order to control the characteristics of the DROS. A modulation width of an averaged relaxation voltage, which reacts to a magnetic flux, may be controlled at the reference junction. An amount (modulation depth) of an averaged relaxation voltage, which reacts to a magnetic flux, may be controlled at the reference junction. An amount of an operation application current may be controlled at the reference junction. Accordingly, the reference current of the reference junction can be changed by causing the current to flow through the reference junction. A magnetic flux-voltage characteristic and a transfer coefficient of the DROS can be easily controlled externally and the DROS can operate stably.
