The maritime communication apparatus includes a first access module configured to comprise a plurality of directional antennas integrally formed; a second access module configured to comprise an omni-directional antenna; and a bridge configured to be connected to the first access module and the second access module via an Ethernet interface.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and method of performing wireless communication using multiple directional antennas. The transportation means according to the present invention includes at least two communication devices, wherein one of the at least two communication devices, communication device A, includes a directional antenna group, and the other communication device, communication device B, includes a directional antenna group, and wherein the communication device A performs directional antenna selection control of the directional antenna groupincluded in the communication device A depending on whether the communication device B is connected with a network. Provided is a method for reducing the amount of organic acids in a hydrocarbon oil fraction by hydrogenating the organic acids in the hydrocarbon oil fraction under mild conditions. Provided is a new method able to overcome the problem of organic-acid-induced corrosion during the process of distillation, by using hydrogen or a hydrogen-containing mixed gas and a hydrogenation catalyst to subject the organic acids in the hydrocarbon oil fraction to hydrogenation at an appropriate temperature and pressure, thereby converting the same to hydrocarbons and so reducing the amount of organic acids in the hydrocarbon oil fraction.

A transcoder for use between speech codecs using different Code-Excited Linear Prediction (CELP) type and a method therefor are disclosed. The transcoder includes a decoding unit of an input CELP codec, a transcoding filter, a transcoding filter design unit, and an encoding unit of an output CELP codec. By substituting a post-filter and a perceptual weighting filter of a prior art with one transcoding filter, the calculation amount of the transcoder is reduced, and speech quality decoded at a receiving end is improved.
