An information processing apparatus executes an acquiring process, a prediction process, and a determination process. The acquiring process is a process for acquiring, from a communication apparatus, a communication status for the communication apparatus before handover. The prediction process is a process for predicting, based on the communication status before handover, a communication status for the communication apparatus after handover using machine learning. The determination process is a process for determining, based on the predicted communication status after handover, an Service and Session Continuity (SSC) mode to be used by the communication apparatus after handover.

Communication control for dynamically determining SSC mode

A management apparatus executes a determination process and an offloading control process. The determination process is a process for determining whether a processing load in an execution server, among a plurality of edge servers, executing a processing requested by a plurality of communication apparatus meets a distribution start condition. The offloading control process is a process for, in a case where it is determined that the processing load meets the distribution start condition, controlling to offload a processing being executed by the execution server to one or more offload destination servers, among the plurality of edge servers, that is different from the execution server to meet a processing request time for the requested processing.

A communication system executes a sharing process, an acquisition process, a determination process, a deployment process, and an execution process.
