Provided is a composition for detecting a protein, containing a tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial. Various diseases may be easily and rapidly diagnosed by easily detecting the composition containing a tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial according to the present invention, by identifying a color of the protein bound with a tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial prepared by binding tyrosine oxide, which is a natural pigment present in a living body, with the biomaterial. Accordingly, the composition of the present invention may be used to easily and rapidly diagnose various diseases in real time in an operating room, and may usefully replace conventional histological analysis without a secondary antibody reaction and a final operation of color expression.

The present disclosure relates to a bioimplantable device having a superhydrophobic surface and a method for manufacturing the same. The bioimplantable device, which includes a biocompatible substrate and a superhydrophobic nanostructure formed on the surface of the biocompatible substrate, is capable of preventing blood clot formation by blocking contact with proteins, water, blood platelets, etc. when used for blood vessels.

An allyl 2-cyanoacrylate prepolymer, a preparation method thereof, and a bioadhesive composition including the prepolymer thus produced are provided, and more particularly, an allyl 2-cyanoacrylate prepolymer having a structure, in which at least one double bond in a molecule remains at an adjacent site to a cyano group prepared by causing a prepolymerization in a double bond moiety of an allyl group by pre-polymerizing through heating 2-cyanoacrylate having at least two double bonds in a molecule such as allyl 2-cyanoacrylate, a method for preparing the same, and a bioadhesive composition including the prepolymer thus produced are provided.
