A display device includes a driving transistor used for driving a light emitting element; a scanning transistor electrically connected between a first node that is a gate node of the driving transistor and a data line to which a data voltage is supplied; a storage capacitor electrically connected between a second node of the driving transistor and the first node; and a charging ratio sensing unit electrically connected to the data line through an input line, wherein the charging ratio sensing unit senses a voltage charged in the storage capacitor through the input line. Accordingly, it may efficiently improve a pixel charging ratio by a charging ratio sensing unit connected to a data line through an input line sensing a voltage charged in a storage capacitor through the input line.

Display device and driving method

Discussed are a display panel and a display device having the same. The display panel includes a plurality of subpixels. A gate line, a data line, and a reference voltage line are further disposed on the display panel. A gate driving circuit supplies a scan signal to the gate line. A data driving circuit converts image data into a data voltage and supplies the data voltages to the data line. A timing controller controls the gate driving circuit and the data driving circuit and generates compensation data for the image data using a sensing voltage detected through the reference voltage line. The display panel includes a plurality of sensing transistors disposed around a corresponding subpixel among the plurality of subpixels to connect the data line and the reference voltage line.

Display device and display panel

A stretchable display device is provided. The display device includes a stretchable display panel, a flexible printed circuit board connected to the stretchable display panel, and a connecting circuit connecting the stretchable display panel and the flexible printed circuit board. The flexible printed circuit board includes a non-deformation region and a deformation region outside the non-deformation region. The flexible printed circuit board further includes a stretchable base substrate, a circuit component on the base substrate, and a compensating layer on the base substrate. The compensating layer is locally disposed in the non-deformation region and the circuit component is locally disposed in the non-deformation region.

Stretchable display device

Disclosed is a display device for realizing a transparent image. The display device includes a display panel, a source printed circuit board (PCB) on which a signal line is mounted, a control PCB on which a timing controller is mounted, and a circuit film connected to the display panel at one side of the circuit film and connected to the source PCB at another side. The source PCB and the control PCB are disposed to overlap each other.

Disclosed are a back cover and a transparent display apparatus including the same, in which a chip groove, into which a chip included in a chip-on film coupled to a transparent panel is inserted, is disposed in a rear surface. The transparent display apparatus includes a transparent panel and a back cover. The transparent panel may display an image. The back cover may be transparent, and the transparent panel may be disposed on a front of the back cover. A chip groove into which a chip included in a chip-on film coupled to the transparent panel is inserted may be disposed in a rear surface of the back cover.

Organic light emitting diode display device and method of fabricating the same

Disclosed are a pixel circuit and an organic light emitting display device using the same. The pixel circuit includes a light emitting element configured to include an organic emission cell formed between an anode and cathode of the light emitting element, a driving transistor configured to control emission of light from the light emitting element according to a voltage applied between a gate and source of the driving transistor, a data capacitor configured to include a first terminal and a second terminal; and a switching unit configured to initialize a voltage of the data capacitor during an initialization period, store a threshold voltage of the driving transistor during a threshold voltage storage period, store the data voltage in the data capacitor during a data voltage storage period, and emit light from the light emitting element by using the data voltage stored in the data capacitor during an emission period.

Pixel circuit, driving method for threshold voltage compensation, and organic light emitting display device using the same

Discussed is an OLED display device and a method of driving the same. The OLED display device includes first to third transistors, a capacitor, a driving transistor, and an OLED. The first transistor supplies a data voltage to a first node according to a first scan signal. A first electrode of the second transistor is connected to the first node, and a gate of the second transistor is connected to a second electrode of the second transistor. The third transistor initializes a voltage of a second node according to a second scan signal. One end of the capacitor is connected to the second node, and the other end of the capacitor is connected to a third node. A gate of the driving transistor is connected to the second node, and a source of the driving transistor is connected to the third node. The OLED emits light.

Organic light emitting diode display device and method for driving the same

Disclosed is a pixel circuit which facilitates to compensate a threshold voltage of a driving transistor for controlling an operation state of a light emitting device, and a method for driving thereof and an organic light emitting display device using the same, wherein the pixel circuit includes a light emitting device including an organic light emitting cell; a driving transistor which controls an operation of the light emitting device according to a voltage applied between gate and source terminals; a capacitor including first and second terminals; a switching unit which initializes the capacitor during a current horizontal period, stores a sampling voltage in the capacitor, and makes the light emitting device emit light on the basis of the sampling voltage stored in the capacitor whenever the data voltage and reference voltage are supplied to the data line after the current horizontal period.
