According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, there can be provided a plasma processing system for multi-station, the system including a processing chamber including at least two or more stations, one plasma generator provided for each of the stations, one inverter provided for each of the plasma generators, a sensing unit configured to measure an electric characteristic of each of the plasma generators, and a controller configured to acquire sensing data from the sensing unit and control each of the inverters.

The cell state classifiers of the present disclosure are designed to incorporate multiple genetic circuits integrated together by transcriptional or translational control. Multiple inputs can be sensed simultaneously by coupling their detection to different portions of the genetic circuit such that the output molecule is produced only when the correct input profile of miRNAs is detected. A compound according to the present invention is coated and then, a film having a surface structure of random wrinkles may be simply formed through simple ultraviolet (UV) curing or thermosetting. The planarization layer may include a first planarization layer having a surface roughness of about 10 nm to about 50 nm and a refractive index that ranges from about 1.8 to about 2.5; and a second planarization layer provided on the first planarization layer and having a surface roughness of less than about 10 nm.
