The apparatus includes a processing container configured to form a processing space for a substrate, a substrate support unit provided inside the processing space and configured to support the substrate, a first nozzle unit configured to have a first nozzle member provided on a side of the substrate support unit inside the processing space and supplying a processing fluid toward a center area of a bottom surface of the substrate, and a second nozzle member provided to be fixedly coupled to the substrate support unit and supplying a processing fluid toward an edge area of the bottom surface of the substrate, wherein the first nozzle member is provided to rotate between a center position and an end position of the bottom surface of the substrate.

The fuel supply method includes: 1) supplying an excess amount of liquefied gas as fuel to an incompressible fluid-fueled engine (E); 2) cooling unconsumed fuel discharged from the engine (E) through heat exchange with liquefied gas discharged from a storage tank (T); 3) returning the unconsumed fuel discharged from the engine (E) and having been cooled through heat exchange in step 2) to the storage tank (T); and 4) supplying the liquefied gas discharged from the storage tank (T) and having been used as refrigerant for heat exchange in step 2) to the engine (E). The fuel supply method can prevent cavitation in the engine (E) by supplying the excess amount of liquefied gas sufficient to accommodate variation in load of the engine (E) as fuel to the engine (E).

A system module package is disclosed. The system module package includes: a substrate; a first electrical component and a second electrical component disposed on a top surface of the substrate; and a plurality of bond wires disposed adjacent to at least a first side of the first electrical component and in between the first and second electrical components. The plurality of bond wires are configured to attenuate EMI of a frequency of interest traveling from the first electrical component toward the second electrical component, or from the second electrical component toward the first electrical component. Each of the plurality of bond wires has at least a first end that is mechanically coupled to the top surface of the substrate and has a highest point that is a height, H, from the top surface of the substrate. The plurality of bond wires is of substantially equal lengths measured from the top surface of the substrate to the highest points of the plurality of bond wires in a direction substantially normal to the top surface of the substrate.

Systems and methods for providing electromagnetic interference (EMI) compartment shielding for components disposed inside of system electronic packages

A compartment EMI shield is provided that is suitable for use in system module packages having thin form factors and/or smaller widths and/or lengths. The compartment EMI shield comprises a fence arranged along a compartment boundary at least in between first and second sets of electrical components of the system module package. The fence being configured to attenuate EMI of a frequency of interest traveling in at least one of a first direction and a second direction, where the first direction is from the first set of electrical components toward the second set of electrical components and the second direction is from the second set of electrical components toward the first set of electrical components.

A compartment EMI shield is provided that is suitable for use in system module packages having thin form factors and/or smaller widths and/or lengths. The compartment EMI shield comprises a fence arranged along a compartment boundary at least in between first and second sets of electrical components of the system module package and a substantially horizontal conductive structure that is coupled to the conductive fence. The amplifier receives a gradation voltage with respect to upper bits in data of k bits through a non-inverting input terminal, and varies the input gradation voltage according to a voltage applied to an inverting input terminal. The current decoder allows a predetermined constant current to flow therethrough according to input data of lower bits, which do not include the upper bits, to thereby vary the voltage applied to the inverting input terminal. The current decoder further adjusts the gradation voltage outputted by the amplifier according to the varied voltage.
