The present invention relates to a non-coating thermoplastic resin composition, a method for manufacturing a molded article by using the same, and a molded article manufactured by the same. More specifically, the present invention is characterized by providing the thermoplastic resin composition which contains polycarbonate, polysiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer, polyester, master-batched carbon black, and additives in specific contents and the molded article, which has excellent chemical resistance, mechanical properties, light resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and low glossiness, manufactured by using the same.

Disclosed is a thermoplastic elastomer composition having a superior low-temperature flexibility is provided. The thermoplastic elastomer composition may include an amount of about 10 to 15 wt % of a polypropylene-ethylene copolymer; an amount of about 70 to 85 wt % of a thermoplastic elastomer including an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer and a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer; an amount of about 5 to 10 wt % of a softener; an amount of about 3 to 5 wt % of a reinforcing agent; and an amount of about 1 wt % or less but greater than 0 wt % of a UV stabilizer based on the total weight of the thermoplastic elastomer composition.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a reflective multi-layered thin film mirror for an extreme ultraviolet radiation (EUV) exposure process that is one of the next generation exposure process masks using an atomic force microscope (AFM). This reflective multi-layered thin film mirror for extreme ultraviolet radiation (EUV) exposure process allows metal oxide structures with fixed height and ' width to be obtained using anodic oxidization phenomenon between the cantilever tip of a atomic force microscope and an absorber material during the patterning of an absorber layer on a multi-layered thin film of a substrate, followed by forming the ultra-fine line width absorber patterns via etching of the metal oxide structure. Use of the manufacturing process of this invention is advantageous in manufacturing of extreme ultraviolet radiation exposure mask mirrors with high resolution and in manufacturing of reflective multi-layered thin film mirrors with minute absorber pattern sizes (less than 20 nm line width) compared to traditional manufacturing methods.
