A germanium (Ge) compound is provided. The Ge compound has a chemical formula GeRxRy. 'R' is an alkyl group, and 'R' is one of hydrogen, amino group, allyl group and vinyl group. &#x201c;x&#x201d; is greater than zero and less than 4, and the sum of &#x201c;x&#x201d; and &#x201c;y&#x201d; is equal to 4. Methods of forming the Ge compound, methods of fabricating a phase change memory device using the Ge compound, and phase change memory devices fabricated using the Ge compound are also provided.

A discharging valve assembly for a reciprocating compressor includes a discharging cover coupled with a front frame so as to cover a cylinder in which a piston is inserted; a discharging valve inserted in the discharging cover, and opening/closing an inner space of the cylinder where gas is compressed; and an unbalancedly and elastically supporting means elastically supporting the discharging valve so that contact pressure applied to the discharging valve when the valve comes in contact with the contact surface of the cylinder is unbalanced. Accordingly, the discharging valve assembly can improve discharging efficiency of gas compressed in the cylinder and discharged, and can minimize noise generated when the discharging valve comes in contact with the cylinder while moving.

Discharging valve assembly of reciprocating compressor

A lubricating device of a reciprocating compressor includes a pumping unit for pumping lubrication oil contained in a lower portion of a case and a front frame having a supply hole which supplies the lubrication oil pumped from the pumping unit to a sliding part within the case and a discharge hole which discharges the lubrication oil upon completion of a lubrication operation. A lubrication oil storage is arranged at a front of the discharge hole for storing the lubrication oil discharged to the discharge hole for a predetermined time and then discharging the lubrication oil. A lubrication oil guide is provided for guiding the lubrication oil discharged from the discharge hole to a lower portion of the case in order to prevent the lubrication oil discharged through the discharge hole from flowing to an air hole formed at a front frame. In the device, lubrication oil is discharged after foam generated by mixture between lubrication oil and a working fluid is burst in the lubrication oil, thereby reducing noise generated when the foam is burst.

Lubricating device of reciprocating compressor

A reciprocating compressor, wherein a flange unit connected to the mover constituting the reciprocating motor is installed on the piston constituting the compressing unit, the distance between the piston flange unit and the front frame of the frame unit is shorter than that of the between the piston flange unit and the reciprocating motor. In the process of being transmitted the linear reciprocal movement driving force of the reciprocating motor and compressing the gas in the compressing unit, the stability of the compressor is raised by preventing the components moving together with the mover of reciprocating motor from impacting with other components by the displacement generated by compression force applying the piston constituting the compressing unit. Also, the size of compressor can be scaled down by compactly constituting the components.
