A method including accessing a website comprising one or more webpages. The method may also include determining, by a processor, one or more modifications to the one or more webpages of the web site configured to improve a search engine optimization (SEO) of the web site. The method may also include determining, by the processor, software code configured to enact the one or more modifications. The method may also include determining, by the processor, group-specific instructions configured to insert the software code into the one or more webpages of the website via attribute overwriting. The method may also include installing the group-specific instructions into an application stack of the web site so that device browsers executing code of the web site, to render the one or more of the webpages, execute the software code.

Dynamic configurability of web pages

One example embodiment includes a method for indexing online references of an entity. The method includes identifying one or more channels of the Internet to be searched for references to an entity and identifying one or more signals to be evaluated within each of the one or more channels. The method also includes crawling the Internet for online references to the entity, wherein crawling the Internet comprises searching the one or more channels of the Internet for references to the entity and evaluating the one or more signals. The method further includes constructing a reverse index of the references, wherein the reverse index is based on each channel in which a reference is found and the one or more signals evaluated for the reference.

The method may include obtaining a first set of reporting information from a secured external source that directs traffic to the website. The first set of reporting information may have a corresponding portion of reporting information which is not provided from the secured external source. The second set of reporting information may be different than the first set of reporting information. The method may also include generating an estimation of the corresponding portion of reporting information which is not provided from the secured external source by correlating the second set of reporting information with the first set of reporting information.

A method of optimizing digital content for searches performed on mobile devices. The method may include receiving digital content that includes one or more pages and analyzing the digital content to determine one or more properties of the digital content that relate to placement of a reference to the digital content in mobile search results. The computing device may determine conversion data, wherein the conversion data is based on traffic information identifying visits to at least one of the entry pages, and wherein the visits comprise organic referrals from a search engine. Using the keywords, the computing device may retrieve organic search results from the search engine, and then analyze the organic search results to determine rank positions of the entry pages. Finally, the computing device may identify a correlation between the rank positions of the entry pages, the conversion data, and the keywords.

In an example embodiment, signals are collected from one or more first channels in a communication network. The method includes obtaining a subset of first set of reporting information from a secured external source and a second set of reporting information from a unsecured external source. The first set of reporting information includes a corresponding set of secured reporting information which is not provided. The method also includes generating an estimation of the amount of traffic directed to the website from the secured external source by correlating the second set of reporting information with the first set of reporting information, and obtaining an estimated revenue value of the traffic from both the secured external source and unsecured external source based on the estimation of the amount of traffic directed to the website from the secured external source and an amount traffic directed to the website from the unsecured external source.

System and method for estimating organic web traffic from a secured source

A method of performing an audit of auditable objects within webpages of a website includes identifying an auditable object marker and crawling a portion of a website to identify multiple webpages of the website that each include the auditable object marker. The method may further include configuring an audit rule to determine a property of an auditable object of each of the webpages where the auditable object marker is associated with the auditable object. The method may further include performing an audit of each of the webpages according to the audit rule to determine the property of the auditable object for each of the webpages and grouping the webpages based on the property of the auditable object for each of the webpages.

One example includes a method of attributing revenue to keywords for an entity having an entity website. The method may include obtaining the keywords used in a secured search on a search engine that result in a visit to an entity website and determining a position or rank of a webpage of the website on a search results page resulting from searching the keyword. The method may further include estimating, based on the rank of the webpage, a number of visits to the website that result from secured searches of the keyword.
