The cable arranging base () clips the cable connecting base () and has multiple insertion slots () corresponding to the puncturing tools (), and each insertion slot () is perpendicular with the corresponding puncturing tool (). Thereby, multiple cables () are clipped by the cable arranging base () and prepared for electrically connecting to corresponding terminals ().
