An auger cleaning apparatus for the removal of debris and drilling substrate from the helical blades of an auger, the apparatus comprising two half-cylinder sections attaching by a hinge which encircle the outer perimeter of the auger, the two half cylinders forming a full cylinder, with at least one scraper directed to an inner cavity within the full cylinder, each scraper fitting within the voids between the threaded helical blade, scraping the debris and drilling substrate from the auger blade, each scraper extending between the spaces within the helical auger blade expelling the removed debris from the inner cavity through a respective evacuation port outside of the auger cleaning apparatus.

Auger cleaning apparatus

A synthetic cross arm is provided for use in structural support of conductors on utility poles in an electrical grid. The synthetic cross arm consists of a flexible housing and a cable positioned within a chamber of the flexible housing. The cable is configured to prevent pieces of the synthetic cross arm from separating, falling, or pulling down or breaking utility lines or adjacent cross arms upon a break to the synthetic cross arm. A collar is provided for connecting two cross arms in a horizontal position on a vertical utility pole. A cross arm assembly is provided that includes a collar and first and second cross arms connected thereto. The cross arm assembly is configured so that the first and second cross arms may flex, deform, and rebound, thus reducing or preventing damage to the cross arm assembly.

Resilient cross arm assembly

A portable ground deployed flood barrier for the protection of a structure against tidal or ground surface flooding provides a lower cylindrical ground tube placed on the ground against the structure base, an upper cylindrical float tube and an intermediate sheet material attaching between the ground tube and the float tube which is presented as folded but readily spread vertically as the flood waters rise, causing the float tube to rise to the water level while leaving the ground tube in contact with the ground surface forming a water proof barrier for the structure against the flood waters.

A swimming pool monitor detects the presence of a person in a pool by measuring minute changes in current within the pool water upon a person making entry into the pool and also detects the motion of the water waves made by the entry of a person, pet or object into the pool, the monitor relaying the presence alert to a local relay device and onto the owner's chosen alert point.

The outer durable shell and the inner flexible shell configured to permit the durable outer shell to move independently from the flexible inner shell and to permit the shock absorbent middle layer to absorb energy resulting from an impact force to the outer surface of the durable outer shell.

Protective athletic helmet

A stowable shelter assembly configured to be securely anchored to a support at two or more anchor or attachment points to provide a greater level of security and stability includes a first member having a bottom end, a top end, and sides extending between the top end and the bottom end. The bottom end is attachable to a support. A second member has a back end coupled with the top end of the first member, a front end, and sides extending between the back and front ends. The second member includes an anchoring member extending past the front end and is movable between a stowed position where the first and second members are co-planar such that the front end of the second member is positioned a distance above the bottom end of the first member, and a deployed position where the first and second members are angled and the anchoring member is positioned partially below the front end of the first member and spaced a distance from the bottom end to define a shelter space.
